Our guide was extremely professional and very friendly, really attentive on explaining famous paintings to look out for in the The National Gallery. it's handy with the headsets provided to us, we can hear her explanation while there are large crowd inside the gallery.

It's very convenient! You can use it right after booking. There aren't many people, so you can enter immediately without waiting in a long line. As for the guide, I missed it, so I don't know what it was like. I was late, haha.

The tour guide was very professional, sharing the background settings of the Sherlock Holmes novels, the connection between the author and London, and also the filming locations of various spin-off series.

This pass offers a decent discount compared to buying separate tickets, but tours should be booked at least one day in advance. The views from the boat are beautiful. The guide's jokes were funny. The boat itself was safe and new. Safety measures were good. For the itinerary, the main piers are limited to Westminster, London Tower, and Greenwich.

Highly recommended! The gentleman who guided us was very knowledgeable and friendly. The walking tour was accompanied by stories and photos to immerse us even more in the atmosphere (I recommend going at 6 PM for a more immersive experience). Plus, we were told many interesting facts. Excellent value for money.
