guide: Good. Our guide Paul is very funny and he made sure all his group members were following him, which is very good. itinerary: Still alright as the whole area is super crowded. Maybe the area should be reserved for people like us who paid for the tour, rather than so many random people clustered around. See the last 3 pictures. The meeting area is a bit confusing from the Klook picture. I specifically took the actual photo for better understanding.

Ian was a great guide and explained everything clearly and made it interesting. Perfect size of 30 people.

I would highly recommend it. It's another way of seeing the changing of the guards from different vantage points.

super highly recommended to book a tour like this, if you’re looking to watch the changing of thw guarda. an expert tour guide is necessary to tell you where are the best places to stand and what to look out for, also if anything put of the ordinary is happening. Natalie was so amazing, and she made this experience absolutely enjoyable!

A bit confusing as to who to follow. There is no "Klook" signage. I was a bit unsure who to follow and ended up with Natasha. She explained everything in detail and led us to all the strategic locations for photos.
