It was an amazing experience. Nice swimming pool with cool views, also a great view from our hotel room and good service. Really enjoyed and had fun.

Me and my family recently stayed at Novotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes. I also appreciated the hotel's facilities, including the pool, fitness center, and dining options, all of which were well-managed and enjoyable. The location provided easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation. Overall, Novotel offers excellent value for money, outstanding hospitality, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai and would happily stay here again in the future.

The location is excellent, as you can walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa in 10 minutes. The hotel's common areas and rooms are clean and well-maintained, with no issues regarding cleanliness. There's also a gym and a pool. A convenience store and a FRIDAYS restaurant on the first floor add to the convenience.

It's very convenient, being within a 10-minute walk to Dubai Mall. The room isn't large, but it's clean and tidy. It's spacious enough for one person. There's also a pool and gym, so you can relax even if you have nothing else to do. On the first floor, there's a convenience store and a Friday's restaurant, which is handy if you need something. The convenience store sells snacks and Dubai chocolates.

It's very convenient as it's located in the heart of downtown. You can walk to Dubai Mall in about 10 minutes, so there's no need to take a taxi. Also, there's a Friday's and a convenience store on the first floor of the hotel, so you won't have any trouble finding food or water. However, the fitness gym is a bit disappointing as it has limited equipment, and one piece of equipment was broken and unusable.

Este es un hotel recomendable en la zona del WTC; a unas 2 o 3 estaciones de distancia del área del Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa. La zona es más tranquila pero aún así está cerca de las principales atracciones turísticas. El servicio es excelente. Llegué temprano por la mañana, así que no pudieron registrarme de inmediato. En lugar de aprovecharse cobrándome extra para poder hacer el check-in temprano, me aconsejaron que esperara unas horas más y que tendrían la habitación lista, aún antes de la hora normal de check-in. Pensé que eso fue muy amable de su parte. La habitación es espaciosa, no es el tamaño típico de una habitación de hotel. Incluso tienen un detalle de bienvenida con un plato de frutas y aperitivos. El servicio de limpieza es satisfactorio. Lo único que no me gustó fue la configuración de la ducha con una mampara de medio cristal, porque entonces el suelo FUERA de la ducha se moja por completo. El desagüe de la ducha tampoco funciona de manera consistente. La comida del desayuno es buena y adecuada. Siempre la esperaba con ansias. En general, me gustó este hotel y disfruté de mi estancia.
