Booked a night's stay here in behalf of my parents to celebrate my mother's birthday last weekend. While I personally cannot accompany them on this trip, I sincerely appreciate the excellent service and care provided to them. They had a pleasant and unforgettable stay at the property. I look forward to booking a stay here again soon.

The room can be cleaned up more. Towels were a bit unclean. I am not sure that I will stay at this hotel again.

It's very convenient, being within a 10-minute walk to the Dubai Mall. The room isn't large, but it's clean and tidy. It's spacious enough for one person. There's also a pool and gym, so you can relax even if you have nothing else to do. On the first floor, there's a convenience store and a Friday's restaurant, which is handy if you need something. The convenience store sells snacks and Dubai chocolates.

Me & my family recently stayed at Novotel and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is clean, the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay.
The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The breakfast offered a great variety of fresh and delicious options, catering to different tastes.
I also appreciated the hotel's facilities, including the pool, fitness center, and dining options, all of which were well-managed and enjoyable. The location provided easy access to major attractions, shopping centers, and public transportation.
Overall, Novotel offers excellent value for money, outstanding hospitality, and a comfortable atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Dubai and would happily stay here again in the future.
