El recorrido nocturno fue una excelente manera de comprender mejor la ciudad, su historia y su cultura. No se trató solo de ver los monumentos, sino también de conocer las historias detrás de ellos, lo que hizo que la experiencia fuera más significativa. Gracias a nuestro guía turístico James, quien tiene un gran conocimiento y logró que este recorrido fuera muy personal para nuestra familia. Un aspecto a mejorar sería la puntualidad, ya que el guía podría haber sido más puntual. En general, la pasamos muy genial a pesar de la lluvia y lo recomendamos ALTAMENTE.

This time, we opted for a private tour. Although it was raining that day, the Jianqing Historic Trail was very comfortable and wonderful to walk on in the rain. Our driver and guide, Sister Lin Su-chen, was very nice. On the way, she shared many interesting stories about Yilan's history and enthusiastically recommended local favorite snack shops. She even went back to help me find my thermos that I carelessly left in a store (many thanks)! Highly recommended!

I had an amazing walking tour with Lina. She is very knowledgeable and explained the entire history of Taiwan in a concise manner. I would highly recommend the tour to anyone just coming to Taiwan. Its a great crashcourse to understand the history of Taipei and Taiwan. I highly recommend going on this tour. Tour guide Reina and driver Mr. Chan made this tea tour a great experience. Mr. Chan was a conscientious and safe driver, which made the day feel comfortable and relaxed. Reina was knowledgeable, friendly, and very personable. She answered questions thoughtfully, showed genuine passion for tea and culture, and made an effort to engage with everyone in the group. She also asked about our interests and tried to accommodate them throughout the tour. My favourite part was visiting the tea plantation and seeing how the tea is grown, followed by the tea tasting with a fifth generation tea master. It felt authentic and memorable, and added a deeper appreciation for the craft.

Beyond being just a tour guide, he helped us in every possible way, took so many amazing pictures for us, suggested great restaurants, and guided us extremely well throughout the trip. Mr. Chuang's guided tour was extremely informative. From the historical evolution and neighborhood development of Dadaocheng to its unique architecture, everything was explained in great detail, giving both me and my children a completely new perspective on Dadaocheng. As lovers of Taiwanese historic houses and old streets, we had previously visited this beautiful neighborhood on our own. However, this time, under Mr. Chuang's guidance, we were able to gain a deep understanding of Dadaocheng's cultural heritage, architectural features, and stories of past prosperity from a different angle. The rewards far exceeded our expectations. Although the guided tour lasted just over two hours, it was incredibly rewarding. Mr. Chuang is not only knowledgeable but also skilled at telling historical stories in a captivating way that kept both adults and children enthralled. The architecture of each era and its unique features were fascinating. The tour concluded with a beautiful sunset at the Dadaocheng Wharf, bringing it to a perfect close and leaving us with unforgettable memories of this journey. We are deeply grateful to Mr. Chuang for his enthusiastic and professional guidance, which has made us love this land full of stories and charm even more.
