The overall hotel cleanliness was very satisfactory, and the comfort and space were great! The only minor drawback was the staff's attitude. We were leaving the hotel on the 29th, and because we hadn't noticed that the 10:30 AM shuttle bus required a reservation, the front desk staff told us to try asking the on-duty staff outside if there were any spare seats. Just then, another group of guests needed to cancel, and they directly said we could take their spots. I inquired with the on-duty staff, but it turned out the driver just kept saying he didn't know (in Japanese) and completely ignored us. He didn't pay any attention to us even after the bus left. In the end, we had no choice but to take a taxi to the station ourselves, which was very upsetting.

駅の出口から本当に近く、部屋は良い設備と素敵なキッチンがあり快適です。部屋にある小さなテーブルは、1人用の素敵なリビングルームのようで気に入りました！ただし、フロントデスクがない点には注意が必要です。Klookが、到着前にサプライヤーに予約確認のメールを送る必要があることをページでより明確に記載してくれれば良かったのですが、それ以外は、このアパートメントがとても気に入りました。次回札幌に来る際もまた予約したいと思います！

I stayed here for 2+2, a total of 4 nights. I was worried the hotel might treat me poorly because I booked it at a rather cheap price, but the staff were as polite as those in other premier hotels. Thank you for taking care of me.
