Akihiro-san was an excellent local English-speaking guide. He guided our family to destinations that locals would enjoy. He walked slowly to ensure my parents wouldn't be left behind and was considerate in finding elevators in train stations to make sure my parents were comfortable. I think my family and Akihiro-san connected well, as if we were long-time friends with him. We would definitely book again and hopefully have him as our tour guide. He went above and beyond as a tour guide, demonstrating genuine Japanese hospitality.

Our driver, Xiao Ma, was on time, pleasant, and efficient. We managed to visit all the places we wanted to see in Furano/Biei, including Farm Tomita, Shikisai No Oka, Blue Pond, Shirahige Falls, Mt. Tokachi, and Ningle Terrace. We even had a lovely lunch at a small restaurant on the way to Blue Pond. We were glad we chartered this service, as it allowed us to enjoy all these places at our own pace.

Our guide, Zarina, was lovely and knowledgeable! We had a great time tasting yummy food and walking around the city and the beautiful park. The tour was very casual, and we took it at our own comfortable pace, all the while still very fun and informative. Highly recommended!

This was fantastic. We added a few stops to the itinerary we wanted to do. They fit them in for us and organized everything. Our driver, Mr. Richard, was wonderful; he drove us around in complete comfort and helped us when we had questions. He also told us about the areas and interesting facts. I highly recommend this tour.

My family and I really enjoyed Oscar's tour! He was very insightful about a variety of all things Japan. He made sure that everything was smooth and engaging. He was so engaging, in fact, that even when he was speaking in a language I could not speak, I was listening. The tour itself was very captivating. My family and I loved the smooth travel and the views. The scheduling was also just right for each attraction. Overall, we would rate the tour a perfect 10/10! (The bear farm was our favorite!)

This is a must-do tour if you want to experience the best cherry blossoms in Hokkaido. It was a great experience, especially since I was able to meet new friends from other countries.

A beautiful trip, Biei Shikisai-no-Oka is like God's palette dropped onto the earth, with vibrant colors spread across the landscape. Coupled with the perfect weather, it was truly refreshing and delightful.
