Overall, everything was pretty good, and there were no issues. It's located in a small alley, but the massage technique was excellent, and it was clean and welcoming. All in all, it was definitely worth the price.

The environment is beautiful, and our teacher, Quang, was kind and friendly. He took us to the local market and even treated us to freshly squeezed juice. The chef taught us how to make traditional Vietnamese dishes, which were incredibly delicious and provided a great experience. We ate everything, hehe. Highly recommended!

All staff are smiling and ready to serve. There is a wide variety of food available. We had to grill our own seafood, such as shrimp and oysters. Fruit juice drinks are included in the package, except for beer. I was also very impressed with the show.

They provided towels, water, swimsuits, and toiletries for us. It was thoughtful, and we spent 2 hours bonding with family. We enjoyed a smooth mud spa, jacuzzi, sauna, and foot soak experience.

Excellent! Especially Junn, who served us, was very attentive and thoughtful throughout. In the end, he even made delicious desserts on the spot. Besides the abundant food, the performers' show was also wonderful to listen to, with pleasant piano and singing that wasn't noisy.

I chose Nui spa because I could spend time in a private area. I stayed for 3 and a half hours and enjoyed it thoroughly. The process was smooth as I only had to show the Klook reservation QR code at the reception, with no complicated procedures! The mud bath and herbal bath were available in a completely private space, and I could use them for longer than the allotted time, which was great. Please note that the showers and powder rooms are basic. The changing area was also shared by men and women, and it was a simple setup, like a fitting room in a clothing store. There was a simple Panasonic hairdryer, and even though I have long hair down to my back, it had enough power and I had no problems using it! I also received a free Grab discount voucher, which saved me money on one-way transportation. Overall, considering the price and other factors, my satisfaction was high, and it's a place I would recommend to others!

I had a fantastic time at I-resort Spa! The mud bath experience was incredibly relaxing, and the water park was great fun. The facilities were well-maintained, the staff was friendly and professional, and I felt completely safe throughout my visit. It offers great value for money and is definitely a highlight of my trip. A truly unforgettable day! The tour guides were excellent, very friendly, and attentive to everyone. I had one of the happiest days of my life here. We traveled with a Korean family, and everyone was so kind. On the first day, there was a small hiccup—they forgot I had a mud bath scheduled. So, on the second day, they made it up to me by specially finding a Chinese-speaking guide and even arranged a car for my return journey. I was incredibly touched and happy! Regarding the activities: the water was crystal clear, we went fishing, and snorkeling. The pace of the entire activity was fantastic, moving between different islands, each with its own unique characteristics. Everyone was great! This tour package was carefully selected by me as the best fit for my needs; not only could I see the clearest jelly-like sea, but I also got to experience a mud bath. What would normally be a two-day itinerary was fulfilled in just one day here! Plus, we rode a speedboat, which was super fast and exhilarating! Highly recommend!
