Banho de Lama no Galina Hotel and Spa em Nha Trang

Even though I made a last-minute reservation on the same day, thankfully, everything went smoothly. I made a reservation for two people and arrived 10 minutes early. We were guided to the first basement floor according to our reservation time. The mud treatment was so soft and wonderful! Since it was daytime, there weren't many people, so it was quiet. They have wet/dry/bubble/mist/sauna, and even a small mini-pool. This pool is deeper than I expected... I was too scared to go in. Even someone 178cm tall would have the water up to their chest. Wow... I gave up, haha. It's perfect for enjoying a light mud spa right in the city center.♡♡♡

I thought it was a small place near where I was staying and I had to wait to check in, so I booked it right away, and it was amazing 🥹 Booking on Klook was hundreds of thousands cheaper than booking directly. The facilities, except for the slightly old changing room, were all okay. The staff were so friendly that even an introvert like me felt overwhelmed =))))))) I'll definitely go again next time I visit Nha Trang. Going at lunchtime meant it was super quiet, which I loved.

Initially, I had planned to visit a different mud bath, but then I learned that I could enjoy a mud bath at this facility, which was conveniently located near my hotel, so I decided to go there instead. It turned out to be an excellent decision. 1) Since it's in the city center, I didn't have to spend time on transportation, which allowed me to enjoy other activities. 2) The facility is clean. 3) The staff were very kind and constantly attentive. They communicated with me even though I couldn't speak English. 4) Towels, swimwear, a bottle of water, and sandals are included. 5) You can also enjoy the sauna and jet bath. 6) It's not crowded, making it a hidden gem. Everything about it was positive. Although the facility is located inside a hotel, there isn't a mud bath sign, so I didn't notice its existence even though I passed by several times during my stay. Perhaps that's why it's not crowded. My Japanese friends living locally also really loved it.

Extremely good service and great staff to assist. It has 5 other spas apart from the mud bath, so about 2-3 hours can be spent availing each of these.

If you only have a short time but want to try a mud bath, this activity is worth a try. The hotel is located in the city center, which is convenient, though it's a bit old. Buying tickets on-site is more expensive than Klook. I bought tickets on the spot, and the staff were very friendly and patiently waited for us. Tops, shorts, and slippers are provided, but it's recommended to bring your own for better hygiene. I arrived around 1 PM, and there were only four of us and one couple, so it wasn't crowded. The staff didn't speak English but were very nice. First, you soak in a mud bath, then there's a wet and dry sauna, foot and body Jacuzzi. After showering, hot tea is served. We played for an hour and a half, and it was very comfortable. Next time I have time, I'll have to try the massage too.

Mud bath + massage. First, fill out a questionnaire about your massage preferences. It's recommended to bring your own swimsuit for better photos. For the mud bath, our family of five had one pool to ourselves. The mud was thinner than expected and easy to wash off, and it had good buoyancy. We were the only family there at the time, so we had the whole place to ourselves – it was great! We then showered, soaked in the jacuzzi, swam in the pool, and used the sauna. Afterwards, a staff member led us to shower again, change into bathrobes, and go to the massage room. Men and women were in separate rooms. Unfortunately, the masseuse assigned to me was sick; although she wore a mask, she was constantly coughing and sniffling, which wasn't a great experience. Apart from me, the rest of my family thought it was excellent! This itinerary takes about 2-3 hours, which is good.

When we went, there happened to be no one else there, so it was great to enjoy it leisurely as if we had the whole place to ourselves. Besides the mud spa, there was also a sauna, foot bath, and swimming pool, which made it enjoyable. It seems to be quite well-known, as many Korean tourists visit this place.

The massage package, including a private mud bath, jacuzzi, and sauna at a hotel in Nha Trang city, was truly wonderful. Even though it was a hot summer, it was an experience that relieved my body's fatigue. After the mud bath, I showered and then had a 60-minute massage, which was a truly healing experience.

I used the mud bath and massage combo. Just to be sure, I messaged the hotel to confirm my reservation and found that it had already been booked through KLOOK. I was a little confused about the entrance, but both the massage and mud bath reception are on B1. The locker room and mud bath are on 4F, and the massage is on 3F. The massage was in a spacious private room and lasted a full two hours, including hot stones. At reception, I was asked about my preferred pressure and any areas of fatigue, which was then communicated to the masseuse. For the mud bath, I was given instructions, mineral water, and a towel. It was comfortably warm, and after about 20 minutes, I was sweating. So, I skipped the sauna and enjoyed the jacuzzi and pool instead. It was easily accessible from the city, saved me time, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
