Passeios por Shanghai Zhujiajiao Ancient Town

For our trip we had two guides. The first part of the program was with Lilly and the second part was with Jenny. Both of them were very friendly and amazing. Thank you for making our tour fun and amazing.

¡Qué gran día pasamos en Zhujiajiao con el guía turístico Yang! La zona tenía una arquitectura hermosa, lugares interesantes y tiendas agradables que iban desde lo histórico, lo artístico, para los amantes de la comida y para los amantes de los animales. Yang hablaba muy bien inglés (y alemán) y fue de gran ayuda porque había muy poco inglés en todas las tiendas, así que recorrimos muchas áreas rápidamente. Nos señaló los lugares "imperdibles para fotos" y destacó las áreas y elementos históricos y culturalmente distintivos. Esto también me salvó de probar comida que parecía interesante pero que podría haberme arrepentido mucho. Era mi primer día en China y también me ayudó a configurar mi sistema de pago para poder usarlo en pequeñas tiendas. Al ser un tour privado, no tuvimos prisa en absoluto y resultó en un día muy relajante y exitoso para comprar recuerdos.

Amazing half-day trip to Zhujiajiao Water Town! This ancient water town is known as "Shanghai Venice", well-preserved ancient buildings, stone bridges and winding canals create authentic Jiangnan scenery. We climbed the famous Fangsheng Bridge, took relaxing wooden boat cruises along the river, wandered old streets and tried local delicious snacks such as traditional rice dumplings and braised pork. The itinerary was well scheduled, comfortable and unrushed, no forced shopping at all. It’s a perfect short excursion from downtown Shanghai to experience classic Chinese water town culture, highly recommended for all international travelers!

He quietly and diligently follows all schedules promptly. His personality and appearance are similar to my sister's husband in Korea, which makes him feel familiar and makes me feel like I'm in Korea.

The itinerary is exceptionally well-planned. In the morning, we explored Shanghai Film Park, feeling transported back to old Shanghai with its immersive atmosphere. In the afternoon, we went directly to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, with its white walls, black tiles, and beautiful river scenery. The North Street is full of authentic and affordable local snacks. The pace throughout the day was relaxed, allowing us to experience both the retro Shanghai style and the slow-paced life of a Jiangnan water town in one day. It's suitable for all ages! Highly recommended to everyone!

很棒的体验，我们有充足的时间自己去散步，导游的英语虽然一般，但通过微信分享了足够的信息，所以我们没有迷路。我们一家三口，带着一个7岁的孩子，她玩得很开心。以这个价格来说，我觉得这真是一次很棒的体验👍🏼

Thank you Audrey for being a pleasant tour guide. She is full of positive energy and she shared very interesting facts about Yu Garden and Zhujiajiao. She made sure all of us stay together and will always check on us. Would recommend this tour if you want to see both Yu Garden and Zhujiajiao. This includes lunch but would really suggest to eat breakfast beforehand so you'll have energy for the first part of the tour.

Alana contacts us the day before to provide us with the tour details. Berlin is our tour guide and she is knowledgeable and gives us detailed history of Shanghai. We intend to go to the Bund on our own and Berlin is flexible to replace with Xintiandi. The view at Shanghai Tower allows us to see almost the whole of Shanghai. The local Shanghai products are cheaper to buy at Zhujiajiao Water Town. The lunch is good with a recommendation by Berlin. Berlin treated us to Sheng Jian Bao at the water town, which is delicious. The boat ride is about 20 minutes, which takes us around the water town. The tour is well planned and caters to the needs of adults and kids.
