The Ikebukuro Tokyu Stay is conveniently located, and the rooms aren't too small, allowing you to open your luggage. Very convenient, close to JR Otsuka Station, and the overall stay experience was good. Amenities are picked up on the 4th floor, which is also the lobby. You need to change elevators, but it's also relatively safer.

Although the room is not large, it is very convenient with a station nearby and many shops (Don Quijote, Big Camera, supermarket, convenience store).

Glad to have booked my first free and easy trip to Tokyo with this hotel. Staff was helpful and attentive, special thanks to staff who loan us the cloth tape when my shoe gave away on our 2nd night and also her advice to get the tape from Donki and its location. Will definitely come back for our next trip.

This time, I stayed in a 29-square-meter room, which was very spacious with an open view outside the window. The hotel's location is convenient, with a 24-hour convenience store on the first floor and a 24-hour supermarket across the street. The hotel is directly connected to the Sunshine City shopping mall, offering plenty of dining, drinking, and shopping options. The staff at the front desk provided excellent service, and the room was very clean. Two complimentary bottles of mineral water were provided daily, which was a thoughtful touch. The only minor drawback is that the hotel is a bit far from Ikebukuro Station, about an 8-minute walk. Fortunately, there are many pharmacies and restaurants along the way, so it's an enjoyable stroll. I will definitely stay here again next time.
