Overall a great trip. The tour agency was helpful, responsive, attentive, and accommodating in trying to meet my various needs. Especially impressed by my contact person Chuan who reads and writes English really well, with little chance for miscommunication. The driver Xu Shifu who was also our tour leader was helpful, punctual and attentive to our requests too. A trip like this can be hectic and tiring because of the need to set off early in the morning and take long rides, which is beyond the control of the travel agency since there is really vast distance between attractions and much of the journey was on narrow and uneven roads. The agency has done its best given the circumstances! Great job Chuan and Xu Shifu!

Nice experience! Love how the driver, also known as the tour guide, led us the whole way so we could have a pretty smooth time in every scenic area!

The scenery at Bipenggou is quite good, with high mountains and green grass complementing snow-capped peaks and lakes, creating rich and layered views. The children were especially excited to see the snow-capped mountains and flower fields for the first time. The paths in the scenic area are gentle and easy to walk, making it suitable for families with young children. A one-day trip offers good value for money.

I don't believe it is real. Bepenggou is the beautiful landmark that China has. It is rich in culture and nature. Thanks Klook, you helped me so much.

There were some issues with the trip, but both Klook and the China tour operator helped to resolve them. The trip driver was patient and helpful. The van was comfortable. Bring your own toilet paper and hand soap because public toilets in the Siguniang and Bipenggou areas may not have supplies.

During our 5-day, 4-night trip in Chengdu, Liu Rui served as our dedicated driver. Not only was he capable of long-distance driving (covering over 800 kilometers in total), but he also proactively helped us arrange accommodation and meals throughout the journey, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience. Liu Rui is honest, communicates clearly, and handles matters very systematically, making us feel secure and comfortable during our trip. It was a great stroke of luck for us to encounter such a professional and reliable driver on this journey.
