On a rainy day in Jeju, we spontaneously decided to do this activity. Booking through Klook offered a discount, and the redemption process was smooth. We went on a weekday, so there weren't many people. The same venue also offers activities like go-karting, Running Man, and a horror school, but we only visited the 4D馆 (4D Experience Hall) and took many photos, most of which featured Jeju characteristics.

If you only want to do this one activity, it's cheaper to buy it on Klook. Klook often has discount coupons available. However, if you want to do both this and Running Man, there's actually a slightly cheaper discounted price available on-site. Even if a child is over 150cm, they still need an adult to accompany them, and you'll need to pay extra for a double seat on-site. It's fun! The orange helmet is very cute, and you can play for 10 minutes. Show the QR code at the Running Man lobby to redeem your tickets. It was a lot of fun, and 90 minutes was just right. Our kids, aged 10 and 12, had a great time. The location is within the Jungmun Tourist Complex, with a bus stop nearby. You can also use Uber to call a car (we arrived via MSC cruise). There's a cafe outside with free Wi-Fi, so those not participating can order drinks and wait there. Booking with Klook was convenient: no need to communicate in a foreign language; just show the QR code to the counter staff.

Jina is a wonderful tour guide! She is friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional. She provides a lot of information and stories on the way to the places we are going to visit, which makes our journey fun and meaningful. She also helped us take family photos and gave us some local tips and recommendations. The scenery in Jeju is fantastic. Hope to visit again.

Cartridge cases can hit you, and in fact, a child was hit on the arm! They said that part felt hot for a moment, so I think it's safer to wear long sleeves. A non-woven apron that can cover your neck is available for free! The instructor was precise and polite. There is a staff member who can speak a little Japanese.

Lava hexagonal rock columns were absolutely stunning—those rock formations were truly impressive. And the green tea at O’sulloc was easily one of the highlights of our Jeju trip. It really feels like Jeju has its own “green tea sanctuary” in O’sulloc. The waterfall was beautiful and memorable, and the coastal cliff trail trek was such a great way to soak in nature. Most of all, our guide Elin was amazing—super friendly, proactive, and gave great explanations throughout the tour. She really took good care of us, and thanks to her, the whole experience was even more enjoyable!
