The definite highlight of the tour is Kavalan Distillery. The English tour was great - it was quick but very informative and the guide was very friendly and engaging. I wish the alloted time at Kavalan was longer (20-30 minutes), as it felt a bit rushed. The brewing company stop afterwards was unnecessary as there was no tour of the facility or even a basic introduction to the types of beers produced. I would recommend removing this from the itinerary altogether. The rice wine factory stop afterwards was okay - primarily for historical purposes of Yilan region. But also no basic introduction or tour of the facility and its history. Wasted opportunity in my opinion. Exploring historical Shenkeng Old Street was a nice final stop on the tour. Very lovely street with shops, stalls, restaurants, etc. Known for the stinky tofu, so fair warning of the strong unpleasant smell permeating most of the street. But very nostalgic with a beautiful view of the river next to the street.

Love the kavalan whiskey visit. It was an eye opening trip. The environment was pleasant and the whiskey tasting was lovely. There was sufficient time allocated for it and we had enough time to ask the sales questions to get the whiskeys we wanted. The gelato whiskey are a must try. The craft beer visit was interesting too although i would think the alcohol is a little too much and not to my taste but the experience over fun overall. The view up in the tower overlooking the area is fun though. Taiwan Brewery as the last stop was nice. The place was big and the history of it could be seen. The Shaoxing soaked eggs are also a must try. By this time, i had too much alcohol to be able to try any beer here but the recommendation of the 18 days beer by our influencer tour mate was a wonderful recommendation. The old street was a lovely walk down history too.

A really great experience! Joseph our guide and driver was beyond brilliant. He is so kind and likeable and he is very attentive. He was a big part of why we enjoyed our tour 🤗 The places we visited were great but the Gondola was one of the biggest highlights. We even enjoyed the “Stinky tofu” which is defiantly a required taste ☺️As we had a little time left and lived close to the Liberty Square, Joseph took us there to see the guard changes too 🙂 all in all a very nice day with a very good guide. Taiwan is an absolute gem too. Thank Klook for facilitating this day tour.

the night tour was a great way to get a deeper understanding of the city, its history, and culture. It was not just about seeing the landmarks, but also learning the stories behind them, which made the experience more meaningful. thanks to our tour guide James who is very knowledgeable and who made this tour personal for our family. one area for improvement would be punctuality, as the tour guide could have been more timely. overall, we had a great time despite the rain and would HIGHLY recommend

Our guide May Ei was fantastic. She made us feel relaxed and comfortable despite visiting the market on a very busy weekend. She was knowledgeable, passionate and caring. We tried so many delicious dishes and May Ei helped us find things we would not have known to try. She also showed us around the temple which was a truly fascinating experience - she was so knowledgeable and passionate about sharing her culture and history. We would recommend her tour to anyone. was late, the guide was kind enough to pick us up at our hotel, we apologized to other tour joiners, the experience was great! it would be better if it was not raining tho. would definitely book again if time permits.

My one-day tour of Taipei city, which included Taipei 101, Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall, National Palace Museum, National Revolutionary Martyrs' Shrine, Longshan Temple, Bopiliao Historic Block, and Sisinan Village, was truly a very pleasant and fulfilling experience. This itinerary allowed me to see many important landmarks in Taipei in one day, combining history, culture, and modern urban life, making this trip particularly memorable. Mr. Vaness was an excellent tour guide—friendly, knowledgeable, and very attentive to the group members throughout. He shared interesting stories and historical backgrounds for each attraction, which gave me a deeper understanding of Taiwan's history, culture, and traditions, and made every stop more meaningful. He was also very organized and patient, always giving us enough time to freely visit, take photos, and enjoy the sights, without ever feeling rushed. Thanks to his guidance, the entire journey was smooth, informative, and very enjoyable. Overall, this was an outstanding guided tour of Taipei city, and a great way to get to know Taipei's essential attractions. Having Mr. Vaness as the guide made this experience even more unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Taiwan.

Had a great time on this tour! main station was a little confusing but Bratt was very helpful and friendly throughout the trip. Would recommend to anyone with an interest in Taiwan drinking and tofu culture
