It rained the day before, so the morning was chilly and a bit cold. Thank you for letting us check in and wait in the car right away, instead of waiting outside at the meeting time. I was worried because my parents are older, but we had a fun tour with a comfortable atmosphere, as if we were going out with friends, and enjoyed our time with family. The guide's photography skills were excellent! 😆 Even my husband, who usually doesn't take pictures, was enthusiastically taking them thanks to the guide. Haha.

The tour was excellent. Our tour guide, Nicole, made the experience smooth. Highly recommended!

Overall, the trip was great. The only comment I have is that I think we spent too much time on our first stop. Note that there are limited restaurants on this trip, and they can be overpriced. There are also a lot of stairs, so make sure to take that into account when booking.

The attractions on the itinerary were well-arranged and thoughtfully designed. Our beautiful tour guide, Yang Meng, was dedicated, responsible, enthusiastic, and professional. Her bilingual explanations were patient and comprehensive, and she accompanied us throughout every attraction. Finally, she even shared her homemade food and shopping guide with everyone. Thumbs up! 👍

Our guide, Park Moon-young, was very helpful with explanations, and we're so grateful. After checking out of Yufuin, we left our luggage on the bus around 10 AM and had a full day of touring. It was great!

This program was excellent value for money, allowing us to efficiently experience many places on a short trip. I believe anyone who gets the chance to use it would be satisfied.

The tour guide was very attentive and explained everything clearly. The entire process was well-arranged, with ample time for photos and experiences! You can decide whether to take the small train on-site and then buy tickets; I recommend taking it! We also participated in the rowing activity. For those who are good at rowing, 15 minutes is more than enough for one trip. The waterfall is beautiful. It was still a bit cold when we came in early March, but there was enough exercise, so dressing in layers is recommended. Overall, the travel experience was excellent! Recommended ‪ ·͜·♡‬
