The places were magical! It's as if you're in a storybook! Lunch was very good too. I just didn't quite like the guide; he's funny, though most of the time I couldn't understand what he was saying because he speaks very fast, and sometimes all I heard was gibberish. It would be really nice to understand more about the place. Still, all good.

The driver was a very kind person and gave timely suggestions. We were lucky to have good weather; it was sunny but not hot, as it was windy. We had a great time exploring the Cotswolds. It was a good decision not to drive, as the roads are narrow, single-lane, and drivers need to yield.

The pickup location only had an address, and it didn't say "coach station," which made me nervous as it was my first time there. I only found out that "Stand 3" meant platform 3 after arriving and asking another tour guide. Other than that, it was a very satisfying day tour. The driver and guide were consistently kind and provided helpful information about the history and culture of the surrounding areas. We visited all three places I wanted to see in one day: the beautiful Cotswolds, Bibury, and Oxford, making it a very cost-effective trip. Our group had 9 people, and with the guide, there were 10 of us, but the 16-seater vehicle provided plenty of space. It was an excellent choice.

This tour is an excellent starting point for exploring the highlighted spots. It provides a rough guide for those who who wish to delve deeper later. It ticks all the boxes for me. I joined the 1st October tour with Rowan as our knowledgeable guide and Fehim, our dependable coach driver. Rowan’s engaging history and humor made the journey enjoyable. Her clear instructions and availability to answer questions were great. Fehim ensured our safe and punctual transportation. The company’s prompt and professional response to my request to change my tour date due to my mistake showed their commitment to customer satisfaction. Thank you, team!

Angela and Jack took good care of us on our tour. The bus was clean and had comfortable seats. Be sure to be on time and follow the schedule they mention when to be back so you won't be left behind. Highly recommended tour.

Our tour guide, Ben, was incredibly friendly. After boarding the bus, he asked everyone where they were from and was very happy to chat (but wouldn't force you if you didn't want to). He provided very detailed information throughout the trip and even offered sightseeing tips and recommendations for central London. The driver was also very considerate, helping everyone on and off the bus. At one point, two members were late, and Ben and the driver went to look for them, successfully bringing them back without leaving them behind. Ben's most thoughtful gesture was knowing everyone was concerned about restrooms; since toilets in the Cotswolds require pennies, he had prepared pennies for everyone to use, which we truly appreciated! Lunch at the Swan Hotel was good; the chicken breast meal was decent, but the apple crumble dessert was the best – highly recommended! Although we reluctantly chose this tour in November because there were no Chinese-speaking options, and it was a group tour, everyone was very polite, and the overall experience was excellent.
