Miss Lan là một người tuyệt vời, một hướng dẫn viên du lịch tuyệt vời và thậm chí là một thợ chụp ảnh cừ khôi. There was a heavy rain on the day of our sightseeing tour, even though our Trang An trip got cancelled due to safety issue, our tour guide Viet explained and rescheduled us to Tam Coc very quickly and smoothly to ensure we enjoyed the tour. I got my phone socked in heavy rain and spoiled so Viet was unable to call me when we were in Dragon mountain, but he still make sure I hopped into the return bus, so thankful for that! The admin Ruby was reacting fast on the refund on the price difference for the reschedule, and we feel very secure. Me and my friend enjoyed the Tam Coc view despite the heavy rain, we both fell asleep on the boat hahahah! Love it!

I really had no idea what to expect when I booked this excursion. The trip was very well described on the website but even with that, one doesn’t really fully understand how it will all run. I was VERY pleasantly surprised with our driver, our amazing tour guide (called “T”) and the smooth operations of the trip. And that’s not even going into the magic we saw along the way. T was skilled in sharing the history and stories of all the sights we saw. It was a full day and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. We had a mixture of ages in our group and T made sure all of us were tended to.

During the travel time, our guide spoke to us in English, and we also had time to shop at a store during a restroom break! There was a staff member who was good at Japanese and introduced various products to us! At the ancient capital of Hoa Lu, we enjoyed cycling to the destination! At Trang An, we were very satisfied with the boat ride that lasted over an hour! Finally, at Mua, climbing the stairs was quite challenging because each step was very high, but the view from the top was spectacular! The guide was also wonderful, and this tour was definitely the right choice!✨️

A very worthwhile activity to explore. The tour started on time and the bus ride took about two hours, with a stop along the way for restrooms and snacks. It is recommended to have breakfast before setting off. The first stop was Hoa Lu Ancient Capital, with about 50 minutes of activity time. Remember to bring a fan and an umbrella, as in Vietnam it can suddenly pour heavily when it rains! The second stop was for lunch, which was a buffet. The taste was just okay; don't expect too much, it's just a buffet to fill your stomach. After lunch, the tour guide led us to go cycling, but those who didn't want to ride could also stay and rest at the restaurant. After lunch, we went boating. There are two location options, Trang An and Tam Coc, and we were assigned to Tam Coc. The whole experience was a lot of fun. Remember to bring an umbrella; along the way, you will be asked to buy their handmade paintings, but we politely declined. After getting off the boat, the rower will ask for a tip. The third stop was Mua Cave for mountain climbing. Because the stairs were quite slippery after the rain, and we were too tired, we decided not to climb up for safety reasons. Instead, we sat at a restaurant below and took some pictures. I must praise our tour guide, Ryan; his explanations were very witty and humorous, extremely clear 👍🏻 and helpful 👍🏻

Highly recommend this travel course! My husband and I can't speak a word of English, but our guide, Vu Long, was incredibly kind. He sent us explanations translated into Korean one by one and took extra care of us. Even though we couldn't communicate verbally, we had a very fun, fulfilling, and comfortable trip. And for Koreans, the power of rice is important! The lunch buffet was delicious.
