Looking to relax during my trip, I chose this massage parlor to try. The environment was clean and hygienic, with good air circulation. The beds had electric blankets, perfect for those who get cold easily. Overall, I was very satisfied. The masseuse's technique was excellent; some areas were massaged with methods different from what other masseuses usually do, and it was very precise and effective. She also asked if the pressure was sufficient, and the session lasted a full 60 minutes. Afterwards, a cup of hot tea was served.

Amazing service and went for the Thai massage, was very relaxing and highly recommended if you need to destress.

Massage was good and on the point. Facial was surface cleansing and more product demo selling. Dinner was quite bad. Not up to standard of bespoke shangri la.

Tried the True Care Headspa + Relaxation Ritual & Facial at Kolorist Salon — amazing experience! The headspa was incredibly soothing, and the facial left my skin glowing and refreshed. Staff were professional and attentive. Perfect spot to unwind. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

J'adore l'ambiance et l'atmosphère du spa. Très relaxant dès que j'y entre, ce qui le rend très propice à mon traitement de réflexologie plantaire. Les masseuses sont très professionnelles et compétentes, et il n'y a absolument aucune vente forcée. J'ai totalement apprécié l'expérience et je reviendrai certainement !

It takes quite a lot of effort to make a booking as the number indicated for booking is only available during office hours. I needed to go to the webpage to search for contact information. The massage was okay, but I'm covered in plenty of bruises everywhere on my body. I'm unsure if that's normal.

Very professional service with nice relaxing music and good ginger tea after. Joanne (therapist) focused on all the right sore spots of mine. My husband feedbacked that his therapist, JJ, massaged with good firm pressure on all his aching spots & knots. He added that it is the best massage he had in a long while. Company was very accommodating. Most of their therapists are off on Monday however upon hearing that it is a bday surprise, they got their therapist to change their leave. THANK YOU SO MUCH (:
