Redemption was smooth and staff are helpful and attentive. Room and massage bed was cozy. Overall a very nice experience just that packages are priced on the steeper side.

The massage and spa were both amazing! The pressure was fantastic and was the perfect relaxing and rejuvenating experience for the end of our Singapore trip. No pushy sales on products afterwards or anything. We did the first time visitor massage and it was a great deal.
