Location: Very beautiful lake and snow scenery, captivating. Coach: Thoughtful and helpful with taking photos, but it would be better if tourists weren't forced to write reviews to get their photos after the experience! Equipment: Very safe. Experience: Overall, a fantastic activity where you can paddle with everyone while enjoying the snow scenery. However, the actual paddling process was very short; it would be better if it could be extended in the future! Safety: Very safe, no hassle with complicated gear to put on and take off.

We had a wonderful day trip from Sapporo! Our tour guide, Thomas, was excellent—very patient, professional, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and made sure everyone in the group was comfortable throughout the journey. The tour was well organized, relaxing, and covered all the highlights. Thomas’s great communication and positive attitude made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sapporo!

What a wonderful activity! Horse riding in the snow was such a unique experience. The staff were all super friendly and professional, and they patiently taught me how to ride the horse in English. The scenery was beautiful, and I even had the chance to see wild animals. Before riding, you also get to put on a cowboy outfit, which was so cool! I highly, highly recommend this tour! Thank you to all the professional staff who were so kind to me!

The itinerary was great, and our guide Oscar was humorous and very handsome. He could communicate in both English and Mandarin. The bus was very clean. It was easy to find at the agreed time in the morning. Everything ended perfectly.

This time, I booked 3 different day tours with various companies for my trip to Sapporo, and this one received the highest rating. They had excellent time management, a steady driver, a comfortable tour bus, and a very commendable tour guide, Andy👍🏻 (I'm quite sensitive to noise). Andy gently introduced information about the attractions, and his jokes were just right – not too many, not too few. It was a comfortable listening experience throughout the entire trip! I will definitely recommend it to my friends😃

Het was een strak schema, maar eerlijk gezegd was het heel goed voor het budget. Je kreeg veel plaatsen te zien op één dag. Het verkeer is 's avonds wat slechter, dus we hadden weinig tijd voor de laatste trip (biermuseum). Onze gids was erg behulpzaam met een leuke persoonlijkheid.

It's not easy to have such a fulfilling day if we travel by ourselves. The schedule proceeded smoothly and on time, so we were able to see a lot. Most of the tourists were Chinese, and we were the only Korean family. The guide spoke English but was fluent in Chinese. We understood most of the tour through the provided itinerary and photo explanations, and it was nice to be able to rest quietly in the car. We parted ways at the last beer factory tour, giving us ample time to drink and continue with our personal plans.

Experience unlocked! It was snowing when we arrived at Jozankei Park. Tour guide Andy did a great job!
