Our guide, Ms. Li, was so energetic and helpful! She gave us a lot of information about the sites we were visiting and helped us take many photos. The places themselves were beautiful, and the Otaru Canal area is definitely a place I'll return to for a full day trip. All in all, a great trip!

Suami saya dan saya menikmati keseluruhan lawatan 1 hari Hokkiado Cape Kamui, Otaru, yang diketuai oleh pemandu yang sangat mesra, berpengetahuan & ceria, Lily. Maklumat dan pengumumannya sangat jelas dalam bahasa Inggeris dan Cina (dia juga boleh berbahasa Jepun dengan fasih). Wajahnya yang tersenyum & gembira membuatkan saya turut gembira! Dia prihatin dan membantu, memberikan kami banyak petua dan panduan, terima kasih Lily💕Harap kita akan bertemu lagi!

Andy was charming and gave us tips on what to buy and what not to buy. We were lucky to have good weather during the tour. It was a challenge to finish the Cape Kamui walk, but the views were breathtaking and rewarding. The Shakotan tunnel was also interesting, with a soft-serve ice cream and souvenir shop. We had lunch in Otaru, where Andy showed us a very good seafood restaurant. It was fun just walking around afterward. Shiroi Koibito was also fascinating, where you can take many Instagram-worthy photos. It's already near Sapporo, which was great to know that we arrived early at the endpoint.

Thomas is amazing! He's so accommodating and approachable. He's transitioning from English to Chinese to Japanese. The trip was amazing, and so was the driver. He's so smooth, and I felt safe during the ride.

Our tour guide, Michelle, is from Hong Kong and speaks authentic Cantonese. Her service is professional and her attitude is friendly – excellent, excellent, excellent! Even with only three participants, the tour still proceeded, feeling like a private guided experience – excellent, excellent, excellent! With fewer people, there's no waiting, we visited many attractions, and the playtime was quite sufficient. Of course, if I went by myself, I could stay longer, but walking on snowy ground in winter is inconvenient. If there's a blizzard, having point-to-point car transfers would be even better. I will definitely join again next time I visit.

Weather and views were great. If you are there to eat fishes instead of look at fishes, like us, try Minshuku Aotsuka Shokudou!! Seafood was so fresh, food was amazing! 🤤

We like all the places especially visit Otaru! it was fun and enjoy seafood there ( Kiku Sushi) 🍣, The tour guide Frank is very helpful and he alway make sure that everyone is on time which make the tour smoother when traveling a lot of people.
