This was a great tour! The tour guide, An, was an incredible guide! She shared very helpful facts and beautiful pictures of Mt Fuji across the different seasons. It was a foggy day so we didn’t get a great view but An gave us great pictures that made up for the fog

The tour was very well organized and we enjoyed it, even though Mount Fuji was hidden behind a thick cloud cover. It would be desirable if all participants were informed beforehand via WhatsApp.

Unfortunately, it rained on our day, but that didn't stop our guide Yuri from keeping her good mood. She is super! We found her really nice, saw many iconic spots, she gave us lots of tips on what to do and really took great care of us. We are really glad we were on bikes with her, hope to see you again on the next trip! Matta ne! 💕

Perfect weather, perfect schedule, and even the timing adjustment – visiting the last two courses first was a stroke of genius! We were able to see Mount Fuji, which is said to be shy, to our heart's content, from Fuji with a few clouds to the magnificent Fuji with all clouds cleared. It was a truly perfect itinerary. Thank you so much, Guide Yoon! You constantly looked out for us, providing extra information, detailed explanations so we could move proactively, and even perfect photo spots! Thanks to you, we ate a lot of delicious food, saw many beautiful sights, and took many lovely photos. It was great that four women could explore Mount Fuji without getting tired. I can't forget the scenery of the lake with the swans ㅠ. Thank you so much to the bus driver, Mr. Shine Muscat. I was incredibly touched at the end of the tour. Thank you so much again, Guide Yoon.

Serina is a wonderful person. I was so impressed with her from the get-go, having to translate not only into one language but two! At our first stop, the team working on an event at the lake was very rude, and Serina was able to find a new spot with swans for everyone to still enjoy their time. I knew Mount Fuji wasn't promised to be seen due to weather, but luck was very much on our side, and we got views at several locations.

On March 27, 2026, I took a day trip to Lake Kawaguchiko, hoping to see cherry blossoms during the season, but they hadn't bloomed yet 🫠. The weather was decent, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see the complete Mount Fuji. I was very lucky that day to meet [female tour guide Xu Jin], who gave very detailed explanations at the scenic spots along the way and was extremely polite and wonderful. When we arrived at Arakurayama Sengen Park, we could see Mount Fuji. Due to time constraints, we didn't climb the Chureito Pagoda, but on the way back, there were vendors selling beautiful Mount Fuji bags and strawberries. We then went to Oshino Hakkai for lunch; the park was small. From the top of the cable car at Lake Kawaguchiko, you can see the entire Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji. We briefly browsed the shopping street. I look forward to seeing the complete Mount Fuji on a clear day next time.

ガイドがあまり英語を話せなかったので少し戸惑いましたが、Google翻訳を使って一生懸命翻訳してくれたので、本当に感謝しています。昨日は台風で大雨が降ったため、富士山が全く見えず、とても不運でした。しかし、全体的には訪れた場所にとても満足しており、特に富士山五合目はとても寒く、一番良かったのは御殿場プレミアムアウトレットでの買い物でした。次回は富士山が見えることを願って、また訪れたいです！
