Passeios por Lake Kawaguchi

On March 27, 2026, I took a day trip to Lake Kawaguchiko, hoping to see cherry blossoms during the season, but they hadn't bloomed yet 🫠. The weather was decent, but unfortunately, I didn't get to see the complete Mount Fuji. I was very lucky that day to meet [female tour guide Xu Jin], who gave very detailed explanations at the scenic spots along the way and was extremely polite and wonderful. When we arrived at Arakurayama Sengen Park, we could see Mount Fuji. Due to time constraints, we didn't climb the Chureito Pagoda, but on the way back, there were vendors selling beautiful Mount Fuji bags and strawberries. We then went to Oshino Hakkai for lunch; the park was small. From the top of the cable car at Lake Kawaguchiko, you can see the entire Lake Kawaguchiko and Mount Fuji. We briefly browsed the shopping street. I look forward to seeing the complete Mount Fuji on a clear day next time.

The tour was very well organized and we enjoyed it, even though Mount Fuji was hidden behind a thick cloud cover. It would be desirable if all participants were informed beforehand via WhatsApp.

Our guide Jack "Captain" Jack was very personable and accommodating. Despite the weather, it was a beautiful day with everyone. He shared the most important information with us, which made things even easier. A super photographer too!

Sehr effizienter, reibungsloser Ablauf von der Buchung der Reise bis zum Ende des Tages. Die Reiseroute war entspannend und einfach. Der Fahrer gab uns einen Überblick und Anweisungen zu jedem Halt. Wir hatten an jedem Halt genügend Zeit und ich kann dies sehr empfehlen, besonders wenn Sie selbstgeführte Touren mögen.

Su conocimiento de la zona también hizo que el viaje fuera mucho más fácil y agradable, especialmente porque queríamos ver la mayor parte posible del Monte Fuji. Realmente apreciamos su excelente servicio, su actitud cálida y su atención a nuestras necesidades. Hizo que nuestra excursión de un día fuera tranquila, relajante y memorable. ¡Altamente recomendado para cualquiera que busque un conductor confiable y profesional en la zona del Monte Fuji y el lago Kawaguchi!

10/10 experience we had an amazing time biking and alot of recommendations from the driver dong. We went to all the hot spots and had enough time to roam around and take pictures!

Serina is a wonderful person. I was so impressed with her from the get-go, having to translate not only into one language but two! At our first stop, the team working on an event at the lake was very rude, and Serina was able to find a new spot with swans for everyone to still enjoy their time. I knew Mount Fuji wasn't promised to be seen due to weather, but luck was very much on our side, and we got views at several locations.

Fantastic day trip to Mount Fuji with Virginia, our guide. Everything was well organized with just enough time to see it all. Virginia was fantastic, helping at all times, giving us explanations of the best places to see, and also speaking Spanish, which (although she is perfectly understood in English) always helps. She also gave us a Japanese lesson on the bus. If we come back, we will repeat with her.

We had a wonderful Mt. Fuji day tour experience. It became more special because of our tour guide, Serina. She is so accommodating and friendly. We will book again via Klook next time we come back. Thank you Serina
