facilities: clean. comfort rooms are clean, pathways and benches are clean too price: fair but i was hoping to see more on the aquariums, food prices are too high considering the taste. but can improve more. service: staff are welcoming but a few are not. ease of booking on Klook: very easy to book on Klook as always experience: overall, the experience was good. tho i thought there were more to see on the aquariums, my child tho under 2 years old seemed to be looking for more underwater animals aside from the few fishes in the aquarium. hope they can add more. the shows were timed well, great acts from the balancing to the sea lions! we enjoyed all shows tho it was very hot. we hope they can add more or improve, we’ll come back.

overall experience is Good. wide parking area. facilities are well maintained. a few access on food and drinking water, you must make sure you bring enough for your family. Bathroom experience needs improvement especially for the ladies, more privacy please.

Best resort in Subic! The water is very clean and clear. It's also safe to swim at the beach because there's a lifeguard monitoring those who are swimming.

Smooth transaction. The experience at Zoobic was incredibly worth it. The close encounters with zoo animals were the best, especially with the Lions and Tigers. Imagine being just 2-3 feet away from their cage. The peacock is a paid actor 😅, it really loves to show off its beautiful tail. The congress at Croco Loco was also good. All the congressmen were present.

The staff (kuyas) at the inflatable park were incredibly helpful, guiding us through the entire obstacle course! The food was also good, though a bit pricey. They had a DJ to liven up the party, and a 'buy 2, get 1 free' cocktail offer, or in our case, 'buy 2 cocktails and get half nachos for free'. Their cocktails range from 350 each, and you can request less alcohol. We mostly stayed in the restaurant area because the weather was too hot, and most of the tiki huts were occupied as it's first-come, first-served. Using Klook was super easy; you just need to present the QR code, and once scanned, you can enter!
