facilities: clean. comfort rooms are clean, pathways and benches are clean too
price: fair but i was hoping to see more on the aquariums, food prices are too high considering the taste. but can improve more.
service: staff are welcoming but a few are not.
ease of booking on Klook: very easy to book on Klook as always
experience: overall, the experience was good. tho i thought there were more to see on the aquariums, my child tho under 2 years old seemed to be looking for more underwater animals aside from the few fishes in the aquarium. hope they can add more. the shows were timed well, great acts from the balancing to the sea lions! we enjoyed all shows tho it was very hot. we hope they can add more or improve, we’ll come back.

Reservé las entradas para Ocean Adventure a través de Klook para nuestra visita el 30 de noviembre, y toda la experiencia fue fluida y sin complicaciones. El cupón se entregó al instante, y canjearlo en la entrada fue súper fácil: solo mostramos el código QR y entramos.
El parque en sí fue agradable. Los espectáculos de delfines y leones marinos fueron lo más destacado: fueron entretenidos, bien coordinados y excelentes para todas las edades. El personal fue amable y servicial, y el ambiente se sentía limpio y bien mantenido.
Lo que realmente aprecié fue que el precio de Klook era más barato en comparación con las tarifas de taquilla, y nos ahorró tiempo ya que no tuvimos que hacer fila en la ventanilla de entradas. Todo salió exactamente como se describía en la página de Klook.
En general, reservar a través de Klook hizo que nuestro viaje a Ocean Adventure fuera más conveniente y sin preocupaciones. ¡Altamente recomendado para cualquiera que planee visitarlo!

Just visited Ocean Adventure and it was such a fun experience! 🐬💙 The dolphin and sea lion shows honestly blew me away — they’re so cute and talented! 😍 I really enjoyed how the trainers made it both entertaining and educational.
The whole place has such a relaxing vibe, with a beautiful ocean view and super friendly staff. 🌊✨ Took tons of photos and learned a lot about marine life too.
If you’re looking for a chill but exciting getaway, I’d totally recommend visiting Ocean Adventure. Such a great mix of fun, learning, and good vibes! 💯🐠

We had so much fun! It was an unplanned trip—we had a resort booked in Zambales, but since we arrived early for the 2 PM check-in, we decided to make a side trip in Subic. We couldn't decide which attractions park to go to, but this ended up being the highlight of our day! It was a fun-filled experience, and we adults (kids-at-heart) actually enjoyed it more now compared to when we visited during an educational tour years ago.
It was exciting and enjoyable, although really hot. Still, we had a great time. Thanks to Klook, we didn't need to fall in line for the entrance even though it was a walk-in and unplanned visit. We also had people in the group who we think came from Camayan Beach Resort. It was a Friday morning, and we were surprised that there were still a lot of people—we thought there would be fewer since it was a weekday.
Overall, it was okay. I just hope they add more air-conditioned facilities. The souvenir items at the shop were also nice—not everything was expensive. We also had lunch at Forest Grill—the food was amazing, but a bit pricey and there was no free soup. We also thought it would be air-conditioned this time, but it wasn't. We should've just dined at the restaurant next door instead. Just a reminder, hehe. Thanks, again!

Nag-enjoy ako nang sobra sa Ocean Adventure. Nagustuhan ko ang kanilang mga aktibidad at palabas. Gusto ko kung paano nila sinusuportahan ang mga inabandonang hayop tulad ng mga aso, ibon, ahas at iba pa. Inirerekomenda ko ang lugar na ito lalo na sa inyong mga anak, magugustuhan nila ang lugar na ito. Sana magkita-kita ulit tayo Sophie, Erly, Nala at Enzo!

Booking through Klook is very hassle-free, especially when you're with a large group. Our experience was superb, and the staff were very accommodating. We'll definitely visit again. My son enjoyed it very much.
