Our guide was incredibly thoughtful, kind, and helpful. We lost two of our group members at a gate, and she went back to find them. I've forgotten her name, but she was very sweet. She spoke English exceptionally well and was clearly a local. She knew all the best spots for photos and quickly got us into special areas! Group size: 6 people. Guide: The perfect person to lead this attraction!

Absolutně úžasná prohlídka. Naše průvodkyně Laura a řidič Ginai byli skvělí v tom, že nás udrželi v bezpečí a včas. Navzdory tomu, že pršelo, bylo skvělé vidět Pompeje bez davů. Naše průvodkyně Elena nás vzala na všechna hlavní místa a její vysvětlení bylo fantastické. Opravdu bych tuto prohlídku doporučil!

The day trip to Lugano, Bellagio, and Lake Como was a wonderful experience. The scenery throughout the journey was absolutely beautiful, especially around the lake areas. Our guide, Franco, was excellent — knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive throughout the tour. I also appreciated that the group wasn’t too large, which made the experience more relaxed and enjoyable. Everything was well-organized, and there was enough free time to explore each town. Overall, a very pleasant and memorable day trip that I would definitely recommend.

Ihre Leidenschaft für die Geschichte und Kunst des Doms war in jedem ihrer Worte spürbar. Guida führte uns gekonnt durch die Kathedrale und erweckte ihre reiche Geschichte mit fesselnden Geschichten und faszinierenden Einblicken zum Leben. Sie sorgte dafür, dass wir kein einziges Detail verpassten, von der wunderschönen Uhr von Paolo Uccello bis zum unglaublichen Fresko des Jüngsten Gerichts von Vasari und Zuccari, das das Innere der Kuppel schmückt. Guidas Wissen ist tiefgründig, doch sie präsentierte es auf eine Weise, die für jeden in unserer Gruppe fesselnd und zugänglich war. Ihre herzliche Persönlichkeit und ihr ansteckender Enthusiasmus machten die Tour nicht nur informativ, sondern wirklich angenehm. Sie beantwortete alle unsere Fragen geduldig und bot eine Fülle von Informationen, die wir alleine nicht entdeckt hätten. Dank Guida war unser Besuch des Doms mehr als nur eine Besichtigungstour – es war eine bereichernde Erfahrung, die unsere Wertschätzung für dieses ikonische Symbol von Florenz vertiefte. Ich kann sie jedem, der diese prächtige Kathedrale erkunden möchte, nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Amy was once again an excellent tour guide, giving everyone time for pictures and great explanations. This tour is highly recommended for first-timers. The Basilica is amazing. This tour started at 2:30 PM and Amy finished at 5:30 PM, but I ended up leaving the Basilica at 7 PM after looking at everything in detail. Amazing! Thank you, Amy, for everything!

We had a great experience with this tour! The extra time and money to go see the underground was well worth it. The guide was very knowledgeable and shared her enthusiasm. I would highly recommend. I would give this 5 stars in every category, but there was a problem initially getting into the Colosseum. This was a 20 minute or so setback that was remedied.
