The crew provided excellent and very attentive service! I definitely recommend this trip for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy the cruise. The facilities aren't fancy, but they do have a jacuzzi on the top deck, so be sure to bring your swimming suit to enjoy the beautiful view while relaxing in the jacuzzi. The food is okay and leans more towards Western cuisine. You won't feel bored as there are plenty of activities, and you can also spend your time on your room balcony just reading a book.

The cruise trip with Mon Cheri was truly one of the most memorable days of our Vietnam journey. We had an incredible time, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the smooth hotel pickup and drop-off to the well-organized cruise activities, everything was perfectly managed. The crew was warm and attentive, the food was excellent, and our cabin offered breathtaking views that made the stay even more special. A special thanks to our coordinator Dolphin, who was extremely helpful and responsive on WhatsApp, resolving all our queries quickly and efficiently. Thank you for such a wonderful experience, we are already looking forward to visiting again!

The cruise was great! We were given the largest cabin on the ship, with a huge jacuzzi, two large balconies, and a panoramic view. The food is delicious, especially at dinner. Kayaking, squid fishing, master class, cave exploration - we enjoyed everything, but it was too short, we wanted a little more time. Also, the ship's route was very short, we only sailed for 4 hours in total, the rest of the time we were anchored in the bay.

Our Lan Ha Bay overnight cruise was truly an unforgettable experience! Choosing this route over the more touristy Ha Long Bay was hands down the best decision we made. Lan Ha Bay’s views were absolutely breathtaking—serene, awe-inspiring, and nothing short of magical. Watching the sunrise and sunset over the bay felt like witnessing God’s masterpiece—it was that stunning. Tony, our tour guide, was fantastic. He was super friendly, shared great stories, and gave us fascinating insights about the bay. He even went the extra mile by taking photos and videos for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We also met some amazing fellow travelers who shared their own Vietnam adventures, adding even more warmth and fun to the trip. The journey to and from the port was smooth and comfortable, especially with the luxury van pick-up—it really added to the overall experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful yet magical alternative to Ha Long Bay, Lan Ha Bay is the way to go. Highly recommended!

5-star cruise! The ship is beautiful and the rooms are like 5-star hotel rooms, beautiful and spacious. The food is also great, and the staff are nice and accommodating. We had a relaxing stay. We were a family of 10, and everyone enjoyed it, including our 2 toddlers. Highlight of our Hanoi trip. Highly recommended. Worth your money!

It was a nice experience, the cruise staff were very nice and polite. However, if you are Indian, the food might upset you; they provide vegetarian food but without spices. I suggest you carry some of your own edibles with you. The hotel booked on Cat Ba Island was very nice, and they also provided vegetarian food on demand, as well as adding some spices at our request. Overall, it was a very nice experience. Highly recommended.
