During our trip to Malaysia, Mr. Cen was our host throughout, and our whole family was extremely satisfied with his service. Mr. Cen is a conversationalist and has a kind demeanor, which made us feel very at ease. No matter what requests we made, he always did his best to assist, never showing any impatience, which truly touched us. It's especially worth mentioning that Mr. Cen not only drove us around but also proactively recommended local delicacies. He personally took us to eat Pin Zhen Duck Noodles and Hing Kee Bak Kut Teh, both of which our family praised endlessly. He also thoughtfully took us to exchange currency, saving us a lot of trouble. We were traveling with two children this time, so our pace was slower, and sometimes they were inevitably noisy. However, Mr. Cen always patiently accommodated us, never showing any impatience from beginning to end. Instead, he always smiled and comforted the children, making us feel his professionalism and warmth. We sincerely recommend him to all friends who plan to travel independently to Malaysia!

The trip saves effort, though not necessarily time or money—but it still feels worthwhile. It’s flexible: the driver takes you to popular spots, and you can stay as long as you like at each. Lunch is included, but it’s a fixed set; you’ll need to pay extra if you want more variety. The car is spacious and clean. However, there’s room for improvement in communication. Although LINE is listed as a contact method on Klook, it’s not commonly used locally, so the driver couldn’t reach me beforehand—and didn’t try calling either. The itinerary also lacks detail. I didn’t know how much time I could spend at each location or what the next stop would be. That undermines the flexibility, as better planning could have helped avoid repetitive sights.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 – Bongawan River Cruise, Sabah Amazing experience from start to finish. We were lucky enough to spot both long-nosed monkeys and long-tailed monkeys along the river, which made the cruise even more exciting 🐒🌿 The scenery was beautiful throughout the journey, especially the beach stop with its peaceful, open views. The sunset was absolutely stunning, with the sky turning golden over the river 🌅 The highlight for me was definitely the fireflies at night. The mangroves lit up like a dream, and one firefly even landed on my hand — such a magical moment ✨ Big shoutout to our guides Gary, Edward, and Kevin for being friendly, helpful, and making the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. If you’re in Sabah, this is definitely a must-do activity. Relaxing, beautiful, and unforgettable.

Pengalaman yang luar biasa pergi ke Pulau Mataking dan Pom Pom. Tidak dapat singgah di Pulau Timba-Timba karena pembatasan pemerintah, namun kami singgah di suatu area untuk snorkeling. Pemandu sangat membantu mengambil foto untuk kami, kami melihat banyak penyu laut kemarin dan ikan tropis dengan terumbu karang yang indah. Juga sempat melihat ikan lepu. Kami mendapatkan pengalaman sekali seumur hidup yang luar biasa. Sangat merekomendasikan tur ini!

Love the tour. It was nice and relaxed. Our guide/boat driver was very friendly, telling stories and taking pictures of the guests. The only thing I’d like to mention is to think twice about the included lunch—it’s definitely not worth it. Lunch is served at the last stop, where there is a small café to buy soft drinks. You may want to bring some snacks or just wait until the end of the tour.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Destinasi yang indah dan damai dengan seni bina yang menakjubkan serta persekitaran yang terjaga rapi. Kami seronok melawat mercu tanda ikonik dan menikmati pemandangan indah di sekitar Putrajaya. Ia adalah pengalaman yang menenangkan dan tambahan yang hebat untuk perjalanan kami ke Kuala Lumpur.

Thanks to tour guide "CK TAN" for leading us on a wonderful day trip to Ipoh. Throughout the journey, "CK TAN" was friendly and engaging, making us feel completely at ease. His explanations of historical developments were also very interesting. He recommended bean sprout chicken for lunch, which was delicious. After lunch, we strolled along the souvenir street and enjoyed a dessert of Qifeng tau fu fah, which was fantastic. On the way back, he also recommended a very tasty Bak Kut Teh in Kuala Lumpur, making for a delicious dinner. Thank you, tour guide, for a great day!
