Upon booking, Mr. Vincent from Klook was very attentive in arranging our preferred places to visit. Everything was spot on, and even the day before our tour, he made sure everything was properly coordinated with our guide, Mr. Jaerek. Mr. Jaerek was also our guide for two days as we visited Saga and Fukuoka. He was very efficient and easy to communicate with, drove carefully, and we had a smooth ride. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip, so both of them deserve a five-star rating ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐... Kudos for the great job!

This time, we joined a one-day tour to Saga. It rained heavily in the morning, but thankfully it stopped when we arrived at the attractions in the afternoon, allowing us to take photos smoothly. Our tour guide was very helpful, providing detailed explanations at each spot and even helping us take pictures. We are very grateful to her and look forward to joining another one-day tour with your company to other destinations in the future.

When I went to Dazaifu in the morning, the rain made me a little upset, but the tour guide's kind attitude cheered me up. Honestly, I've never seen a guide so thoughtful; she even went to the bank beforehand to get many 1000-yen notes for travelers to exchange! The guide also proactively helped my husband and me take photos and tried her best to meet all our requests. There were only seven travelers in the whole group, nine people including the driver, and we all got along so well. It truly felt like traveling with family members. A good tour guide is extremely important for the atmosphere of the entire trip, and I highly recommend this guide! Finally, I really want to praise the guide; she was like a book, allowing me to learn about the customs and culture of Japan. Thank you!
