We met the best tour guide, Anja, who explained everything in a humorous and detailed way! It was an English tour (and her English was easy to understand). Although there were no headphones or microphones, the guide would stop at each point and gather everyone around to explain. The tour started at 10:30 AM, with a 30-minute break after 2 hours (that day was Germany's coldest in a century, and Anja took us to a coffee shop to warm up and use the restroom). We disbanded around 3 PM. We constantly weaved through the city, and what seemed like ordinary buildings turned out to be full of historical significance. (It was originally a 4-hour journey, but Anja had so many stories to share that it ran a bit over). After this trip, I understood much more about the city of Berlin. I personally have watched many travel expert videos on YouTube, but actually participating in a tour (with a guide) provided a much deeper experience. I highly recommend this itinerary.

The tour guide provided very detailed explanations about the area outside the museum and the stories within. It was very sad to hear those terrible stories, but it's definitely good to go as we can understand the history.

The entire complex is vast and truly requires more time to fully immerse oneself in that historical period. Highly recommended.

The tour guide provided a very detailed introduction, and I learned a lot about Potsdam. The views everywhere are beautiful, and there are so many spots to photograph. I thoroughly enjoyed the half-day tour.

Waiting for the guide outside Starbucks in the morning. The guide will help purchase transportation tickets to the concentration camp, provide excellent explanations throughout the tour, and you can ask as many questions as you like. Highly recommended.

The kind attitude and explanation were excellent. Even when a slight problem occurred, they remained calm. Although it's a somewhat somber place, I highly recommend visiting it if you come to Berlin!

A insightful trip visiting one of the main concentration camps. You get to walk through the path the prisoners walked, visit some original buildings, artifacts and also hear what went down in the place. The guide was very helpful, spoke good English, and we had no problems following. Just bear in mind that there will not be an official lunch break, so pack along some snacks to keep you going!
