The tour was great! Seeing various different parts of Berlin, getting to know the history of the country, and the tour guide was very informative and friendly.

The tour guide provided a very detailed introduction, and I learned a lot about Potsdam. The views everywhere are beautiful, and there are so many spots to photograph. I thoroughly enjoyed the half-day tour.

Eran war sehr sachkundig und zeigte uns all die schönen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Potsdam. Das ist besonders schön mit dem Weihnachtsmarkt im Holländischen Viertel. Ich hätte mir nur etwas mehr Zeit gewünscht, um während des Spaziergangs ein wenig an den Ständen zu stöbern. Natürlich hätten wir länger bleiben können, aber im Winter wird es schnell dunkel.

We arrived 15 minutes early and immediately reported to our guide. However, 10 minutes after the designated meeting time, we still hadn't departed. At the same meeting point, another guide announced a gathering, and we mistakenly thought it was our group departing. As a result, we followed the other guide to a different location, only realizing it wasn't our original plan upon arrival. We are grateful to that guide for contacting our group for us. However, due to the distance, we were unable to rejoin our original tour. We then contacted the online customer service for assistance, but they only told us to contact the company and couldn't provide any practical help. Afterwards, we made our own way there, and it started raining heavily, but the scenery was quite beautiful.

Our tour guide Eran was very helpful and informative about Potsdam. It was our first time on a walking tour and we really enjoyed the route and history. We will book these types of tours in the future.
