She clearly explained the history of the DMZ and the 3rd Tunnel, and we had the invaluable experience of hearing directly from a North Korean defector. Went on the DMZ Insider Tour with PLK Travel, and it turned out to be one of the most fascinating experiences in South Korea. Our guide Dennis made the entire day incredibly engaging — full of energy, detailed explanations, and great storytelling that brought the history of the region to life. The tour covers some truly remarkable locations including the 3rd Infiltration Tunnel, Dora Observatory, Imjingak Park, and even a defector meet session, which adds a very personal and powerful perspective to the whole DMZ experience. Everything about the tour was well organized and timed perfectly, allowing us to see a lot without feeling rushed. A really good value tour! The suspension bridge is so worth adding! Julie our tour guide was really what made the tour for us though, she was an incredible storyteller, so captivating when she speaks. Not to mention how welcoming and attentive she was with us.

I had a really great DMZ tour with Cindy. She was extremely kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. You could really feel that she cares about the history and about the people in the group. She shared interesting stories about Korea and the DMZ that made the visit much more meaningful, not just a regular tour.
