The driver and the guide, Mr. Huo, were very friendly. During the journey, the guide shared information about the food and history of the sightseeing places we were visiting. The time allotted for each sightseeing spot was just right for us to walk around and take photos. We had lunch at the Itoman market.

The tour service was excellent. We contacted them via WhatsApp in advance to confirm our booking two days before the actual date. Two days before, there was a typhoon warning (Typhoon No. 6) for Okinawa. The staff promptly coordinated and sent a message informing us of the tour cancellation on that day. We were given the option to reschedule or cancel. We chose to reschedule for two days later, and we were very lucky that the sky was clear on the day we went. The journey was smooth. The staff provided detailed information for each group, including meeting times and locations, and even shared the coordinates on WhatsApp. On that day, there were many foreign tourists from various countries, but everyone was punctual and well-behaved on the tour bus. We were very happy with this tour. It was very worthwhile and comfortable. We were able to relax as the bus took us to various points, and we were safely dropped off at our final destination.

Okinawa's south was the second of the two-day tours we booked with Klook in Okinawa. Our tour guide, Momo, was extremely friendly and also helped take individual photos so we could capture wonderful memories of Okinawa. The one-day tour itinerary encapsulates the beauty of Okinawa with stops at a windy cape, a sunny beach, a mysterious underground cave, and the Greek-like Senaga Island. An extremely relaxing day tour!

Driver Kishimoto Yoshimitsu was friendly, polite, and humorous, making the arrangements and introductions at each attraction truly delightful. The entire day was very relaxing and reassuring. At the end of the trip, when returning to the hotel, I made a mistake and wrote down the wrong hotel name. Thankfully, the driver was able to help me get to the correct hotel, which I was incredibly touched by.

On the day, we were warmly and hospitably received by Ms. Xia, our guide from Lino Travel. The itinerary had ample time, and the coach was comfortable and new. This unique tour, visiting a sea grape farm to observe and pick them yourself, is an excellent choice, especially suitable for families or individuals who are not self-driving.

Redeeming with the app was very convenient and fast. Multiple serial numbers can be linked to the same phone. I redeemed tickets for DMM Kariyushi Aquarium and the Shuri Daruma Temple: Kai Kin'un Gamaguchi Omamori (good fortune coin purse amulet). However, the children's tickets could not be redeemed for the Kai Kin'un Gamaguchi Omamori, so I went to Zootons (Naha branch) to redeem a burger for dinner, which was quite delicious. Thumbs up.
