The tour service was excellent. We contacted them via WhatsApp in advance to confirm our booking two days before the actual date. Two days before, there was a typhoon warning (Typhoon No. 6) for Okinawa. The staff promptly coordinated and sent a message informing us of the tour cancellation on that day. We were given the option to reschedule or cancel. We chose to reschedule for two days later, and we were very lucky that the sky was clear on the day we went. The journey was smooth. The staff provided detailed information for each group, including meeting times and locations, and even shared the coordinates on WhatsApp. On that day, there were many foreign tourists from various countries, but everyone was punctual and well-behaved on the tour bus. We were very happy with this tour. It was very worthwhile and comfortable. We were able to relax as the bus took us to various points, and we were safely dropped off at our final destination.

The tour was great. Our tour guide, Kim, spoke Japanese, English, and Korean. We had enough time at the aquarium. If you want to go to the cafe there, it's best to get a ticket early as it gets very crowded. Kouri Beach and Cape Manza were also very beautiful. American Village was less interesting for us. Overall, it was a really great tour if you plan to explore the island.

This itinerary was exactly what I was looking for, but saved me from driving, finding parking and gave us sufficient time at all the spots I wanted to visit. I Didn’t feel rushed, the guides were clear in instructions of when the bus was leaving each location and the price was reasonable considering entry fees of the activities. I also quite like the QR code which follows the bus along the route and you can listen to prerecorded audio for the history as you pass each site of interest at your own pace. Great value for money and would recommend

Although it rained and was cloudy on the day of the trip, Kouri Island's beaches still had their gradient blue, offering a different kind of beauty. The Okinawa Churaumi Aquarium had cute marine life on every floor, well worth appreciating, though unfortunately, our time there was a bit short. The Christmas lights in American Village during winter gave it an even more exotic feel, and choosing to stay there for a night was one of the best decisions of this trip.
