Registration: After registering on Klook, I was contacted within a few hours, and a WhatsApp group was created. Meeting Point: Gate 3 on the third floor of the airport, easy to find. The tour bus arrived on time, perfect for those traveling from Hong Kong to Jeju on an early morning flight, as you can board the bus directly with your luggage upon arrival (inquire with the tour guide before departure if you can bring one 26-inch suitcase). Tour Bus: Clean and tidy, 13 seats, comfortable interior, sufficient air conditioning. Tour Guide: Explained each attraction diligently, communicated in English, provided clear instructions, drove safely and reliably, and even included mini-games and small gifts. Ample time was allocated for each attraction 👍🏼. Lunch: Optional at your own expense. The restaurant had reasonable prices, good hygiene, a buffet style, a rich selection of food, and even desserts, offering great value for money 👍🏼. Itinerary: Rich in content, suitable for those who enjoy sea views and hiking. As it was mid-July, the weather was a bit hot. When the tour guide led us up Songaksan Mountain, they provided immense emotional support and encouragement, and we successfully reached the summit to overlook the sea view 👍🏼. Summary: Highly recommended 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

This was the only southern & western tour with 7 attractions. There were 5 of us and the minivan was very comfortable. Our guide was Mr Paul and he was very extroverted and jovial. He told us several stories and jokes during the tour and we were left laughing all the way. Mr Paul was also very helpful as I had my elderly mum with me. Forecast was bad weather initially but we were happy the weather changed for the better! We had sufficient time at each attraction for the ambitious itinerary. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and would highly recommend this tour :)

I’m happy that I booked this tour. I get to see all the main attractions without doing any planning myself. Just hop on the car and go! Everything went smoothly and our tour guide Luke was nice and helpful too! He would come and remind us when the assembly time is near. A fair amount of free time was given too which is a bonus point to this tour!

We had a great time! Our guide Mr. Peter Kim is a very good guide and we learned a lot from him. Also he drove very carefully due to the snowy weather and we were all safe until we returned to our hotel. We did see some accidents on the road but we were safe. I booked a join-in tour for me and my parents. First we were supposed to go to Hallasan mountain to see the view and snow, but due to weather we were not able to go. But we were not disappointed because it was snowing most of the trip! The camellia hill had lots of snow and the contrast between the red flowers and white snow was such a delight to see! Tangerine picking was also a fun activity. We ate the tangerines immediately and they were sour, but Mr. Peter said not to eat them immediately and to wait for 1-2 days before eating. However, when we reached our hotel we couldn’t resist eating them, and to our surprise the tangerines tasted sweet! He was right not to eat the tangerines immediately 🤭 Mr. Peter made our day trip very worthwhile! I recommend!

Our light trip to Jeju Island, led by Tour Guide Zhang, allowed us to understand the local culture and customs. The specialties on Udo Island and the 'Little Cat' speedboat 🚤 left a deep impression! We'll definitely come again when we have time. Thank you, Tour Guide Zhang!

Tour guide Zheng is very handsome and thoughtful. Although he is a local Korean, he speaks Chinese very well due to his study experience in Tianjin, making communication very smooth. Knowing that my mother and I were traveling together, he specially chose a larger car for us to sit more spaciously and comfortably, showing a strong sense of service. Having visited Jeju Island three or four times, this was the first time I learned about Jeju Island's history, customs, and traditions through the guide's introduction, and now I have a more comprehensive understanding. It's a very professional platform with a very reliable tour guide. I will choose them again for my next trip!

Jeju-turen var så morsom! Jeg elsket å besøke vakre Instagram-verdige steder rundt Jeju-øya, spesielt Hello Kitty Island, som var så søt og morsom 📸💕 Shopping på Innisfree var et høydepunkt, og jeg likte virkelig te-smakingen på Osulloc Tea Museum 🍵✨ Alt i alt en flott måte å nyte Jeju på, og definitivt verdt det!

Today, our driver was a very gentle young lady with excellent driving skills and a soft-spoken manner. She was also very enthusiastic and arranged the itinerary very reasonably. We had a great travel experience today. Thank you very much for your companionship throughout the day 🙏.
