My family and I really enjoyed Oscar's tour! He was very insightful about a variety of all things Japan. He made sure that everything was smooth and engaging. He was so engaging, in fact, that even when he was speaking in a language I could not speak, I was listening. The tour itself was very captivating. My family and I loved the smooth travel and the views. The scheduling was also just right for each attraction. Overall, we would rate the tour a perfect 10/10! (The bear farm was our favorite!)

Went to all locations as specified on the itinerary. Enough time was provided at each. Only downside was the place we stopped and could have lunch at - all the restaurants were either full, out of our budget, or closed due to having sold out of their ingredients for the day. Guide suggested us to go to the Seico Mart convenience store if we couldn't find a restaurant, which quite a few groups ended up doing. There was enough food at the convenience store so that wasn't an issue. The highlight was definitely the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival which we had to pay an extra ¥1,000 per person for when we arrived (purchased tickets there). It was a great experience. If you are taking lots of photos, then the time there may not be enough. Overall, the other spots were a little underwhelming. The bear ranch was not cheap to enter and was a lot smaller than expected...

Today's itinerary was fantastic! The timing was exactly as described, and Lake Toya and Lake Hill Farm were incredibly beautiful. The bears at the bear ranch were so cute. Our guide, David, was absolutely amazing! 👍👍 He gave us so much information about Hokkaido and each attraction, and his recommendations for food and fun were spot on. He was the best guide we encountered during our trip to Hokkaido! We watched fireworks from the boat, enjoyed a day-trip hot spring bath at Lake Toya, ate ice cream and fried chicken, and admired the hill farm and Lake Toya. A perfect day!

It was an amazing trip! Yuni Garden and Hoheikyo Dam were definitely my favorite spots in the itinerary. Our guide Ma was kind and even contacted us via LINE to remind us about the meeting place and time. He speaks Chinese and English! He also gave great recommendations on where to go. Each destination had plenty of time to explore, especially Yuni Garden. I highly recommend this trip! I’d love to visit Yuni Garden again in spring and summer. 💗

I was the only foreigner in the group, but the tour guide and other members took great care of me. The headphones offered explanations in various languages, and lunch was at a beautiful onsen hotel. Getting from Sapporo to Lake Toya isn't very convenient, so this kind of one-day tour group was really hassle-free.

The cost of transportation for a self-guided trip to Japan is astonishing, plus the time spent traveling back and forth. The easiest way is to directly book a Klook tour. Our guide, David, gave us reminders before the trip and humorously introduced the attractions and their history along the way. The group members were punctual, orderly, and highly cooperative. Today's itinerary included Lake Shikotsu - Showa Shinzan/Bear Ranch - Lake Hill Farm milk ice cream - Toya Lake Observation Deck, and most importantly, the Lake Toya Autumn Fireworks Festival. Before the fireworks, David also informed us about nearby dining options, hot spring foot baths, and other facilities. He even helped us find good photo angles and assisted with taking pictures at each attraction. I am extremely satisfied with this trip and it made me feel that Hokkaido is a lot of fun. I would love to come again next time. I highly recommend such an excellent tour😊

This was a very beautiful and worthwhile tour of Noboribetsu and the Lake Toya area, with ample time to adequately explore all of the areas with stunning and awe-inspiring views. Our tour guide, Helen, was also excellent and went above and beyond by sharing her knowledge and experiences with us all while making sure that we were adequately taken care of throughout the entire trip. Overall, would highly recommend this tour as a must-see for any trip to Hokkaido.
