Had a great day with our amazing tourguide Alex! He was very knowledgeable and had a ton of fun facts! highly recommend! Mt Fuji wasnt visible because of rain but it was a more relaxed day which was much needed.

Tuvimos una experiencia maravillosa en nuestro tour a Hakone, el lago Ashi y Enoshima. Nuestra guía, Antong, fue fantástica: amable, conocedora y organizada de principio a fin. Se comunicó claramente durante todo el día, mantuvo a todos a tiempo y se aseguró de que tuviéramos suficiente tiempo para disfrutar de cada parada sin sentirnos apurados. También compartió consejos útiles e información interesante que hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. La única advertencia fue que no pudimos ver el Monte Fuji, pero lo que realmente destacó fue la amabilidad y profesionalismo de Antong. En nuestra última parada, mi hija se perdió y llegó tarde, y Antong nos esperó pacientemente y se aseguró de que todos estuviéramos a salvo antes de partir. Realmente apreciamos su cuidado y comprensión. The company contacted us early with pick-up and driver instructions, and clearly provided the driver's contact information. The driver arrived on time. We requested an English-speaking driver, and they accommodated us quite quickly (with an extra fee, but it wasn't too bad!). Our driver, Jeff, is very friendly, patient, and understanding. He didn't rush us at all. On the way back, we requested a change in drop-off location, and he granted it for free, especially since we arrived on time for the 10-hour planned trip. He also took us to a restaurant with delicious food! Thank you so much, I will definitely recommend this to friends.

A good tour to have if you'd like to go to the famous Mt Fuji spots. Our guide, Linda, was very energetic and was closely watching Mt Fuji for us (as it was very cloudy during our tour day) - thankfully, we saw a bit of Mt Fuji before we left Oishi Park.

The tour was great, just enough time at each location and no wasted time. Enough time to enjoy Mt. Fuji and get a lot of pictures. The schedule is full so it's not a "leisure" excursion. It's more to see each spot, take a couple pics, look at the mountain and move on. Guide did a great job!

The spots were covered as per actual era conditions of the day. They still somehow sticked to the promised itinary and covered everything. Wanting was a very lovely tour guide helping us on small things like where to get matcha tea, etc. We have full visibility of Mt Fuji throughout tour! Shivazakura flower park is worth visiting in month of May. PS ticket to the flower park is not included in this but you got to pay additionally for it. Same with lunch, extra fee for lunch basis your preference of food. The lunch stop was decent restaurant too. but just don’t expect great veg food, if you do! loved the experience! go for it!

a desecent pace tour that allow time to sight seen, beside if lucky to see mt Fuji that great otherwise their other scenery to view.

雲が多いため富士山は見えませんでしたが、とてもフレンドリーで話しやすいツアーガイドのサンディさんのおかげで、ツアーはとても楽しかったです。ツアー自体はとても簡単で面白く、バスの移動もスムーズでした。アクティビティへの移動も問題ありませんでした。このツアーをぜひお勧めします。

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Das Wetter war etwas trüb, es regnete und war bewölkt, aber am Nachmittag zeigte sich der Berg Fuji. Das ist großartig, wenn man zu all den berühmten Fotospots möchte, und da wir mit Kindern unterwegs waren, war dies eine sehr bequeme Option. Sehr zu empfehlen!
