The itinerary, timing, and price were all very suitable. This 2-day, 1-night trip not only offered a rich experience but also provided very satisfying food and accommodation. Although it was a group tour, there was plenty of free time. My experience after this trip was even better than I originally expected! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to see Niagara Falls but doesn't know how to plan, even if you're traveling solo, it's perfectly suitable, you definitely won't regret it. Finally, I must say that our guide, Chris, was super professional. He explained everything clearly and in detail in both Chinese and English throughout the tour. He was knowledgeable and patient, helping someone like me, who knew nothing about Niagara Falls, to understand its background and history more clearly, rather than just seeing the waterfall itself. Guests, whether their native language is Chinese or English, will still have a wonderful tour experience.

From the hotel pickup, I truly felt the meticulous attention to detail throughout the entire tour. We encountered an accident where a tire punctured midway, but all the staff members worked diligently to find a solution, and we were able to complete the tour safely until the end. I believe it was a "miracle" that we were able to return on schedule despite that situation, all thanks to everyone's hard work. I was also delighted that the guide was very kind and tried to communicate with me a lot in Japanese. Including the trouble, it became an unforgettable and wonderful memory. Thank you very much!

Muir Woods, Sausalito, and Alcatraz were all beautiful. I appreciate the fun facts and trivia shared by the tour guide. I enjoyed listening to him. One hour in Sausalito felt quick. I wish we could have spent at least two hours there, but overall the tour was nice. My suggestion would be to include the pick-up spot in the itinerary details.

When picking up the vehicle, a deposit of approximately NT$16,000 will be pre-authorized. This will be fully refunded immediately upon return, which is very quick. Remember to fill in all driver and passenger information completely before picking up the vehicle to avoid wasting time upon arrival. You must bring an international driver's license to use it. For a 2-hour trip, it's recommended to only follow the blue areas on the map. The GPS only has English pronunciation, but it's very easy to understand, and the navigation display is clear and simple. If you accidentally go off route, don't panic; just turn back onto the correct road at the next intersection, and it will resume navigation. Overall, it's like riding a motorcycle (a three-wheeler), so Taiwanese people will have no problem with it. We had an exciting and fun tour of San Francisco's streets with the kids. Highly recommended!

comfy ride going around sf. if you are short on time and want an overview of all the key touristy places in san francisco this is a good tour to do so. there are some places that can’t bring you to such as the painted ladies as tour buses cant go there. thanks to michelle and judith for the nice tour.

The tour ran from 4:30 AM to 9:30 PM, but I was able to get some sleep during the 1-2 hour travel times between each spot on the bus. Far from being tired, I actually felt refreshed. The driver and guide was Japanese, and their excellent driving made the tour very reassuring. They provided sandwiches, apples, and potato chips for lunch, and it was great that we could buy plenty of drinks, snacks, and food at the gas station breaks every two hours. Every spot offered breathtaking views, sights you might only see once in a lifetime. I definitely recommend joining this tour! Although it was a long day, it flew by without me even noticing.
