I had an amazing 3-day tour to Niagara Falls and Washington, D.C. The entire trip was very well organized and exceeded my expectations. A special thanks to our tour guide, Jay, who was exceptional throughout the journey. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and an excellent communicator. He provided detailed information about every destination, and significance of each attraction. The hotels selected for our stay were comfortable, clean, and conveniently located. As a vegetarian, I really appreciated Jay's thoughtfulness. He made sure we had suitable meal options by stopping at nearby for both lunch and dinner I would also like to thank our driver, Joy, who ensured we had a safe and comfortable journey throughout the trip. Despite the long hours on the road, she drove professionally and making us feel safe at all times. I highly recommend this tour, and if you have the opportunity to travel with Jay and Joy as your driver, you're in for a memorable experience.

We were charged an additional $310 per person on the trip, which was a complete surprise as we were not informed of such a large amount beforehand. We were told it covered attraction tickets, basic guide and driver service fees, and three meals over three days (not three meals per person per day), but the meals we received were only worth $10-20. The hotel arranged in Buffalo was also indescribably bad; the drainage was so severely clogged that we had to stand in the previous person's bathwater while showering. We understand that travel agencies need to make a basic profit, but we cannot agree with this method of charging exorbitant hidden fees after the fact. It should have been made clear from the beginning so that participants could decide whether to sign up. We hope Klook can also act as a gatekeeper for its users, so we can continue to use your service with peace of mind.
