The bus was dirty. It had food residues. Niagara Falls was awesome. I felt the guide was racist. We didn't like his behavior at all. But it's a must-visit.

A spectacular tour. We had an incredible experience. The tour guide was funny and full of enthusiasm. I would highly recommend the tour and doing the boat cruise too to get the full experience.
Unforgettable experience! Our guide was excellent, keeping us well-informed and engaged throughout the day. Although the bus journey was long, it was absolutely worth it once we arrived at Niagara Falls. The falls were breathtaking! We left the hotel at 4 AM, arrived at 11 AM, departed by 2:45 PM, and got back around 11 PM. A long day, but completely worth it for such a magnificent sight!
Niaara Falls is so amazing and worth waking up at three o'clock for. Amigo, your service is very professional and information is transparent via the app. The tour guide is great and nice. A one-day trip is too tight. I will book a two-day trip next time.

Our tour guide Arturo was very kind and polite. We were delayed in boarding the Maid of the Mist boat because we hadn't been given a ticket, and Arturo took care of that. Although the Niagara tour was shortened by 2 hours, as it was supposed to arrive in NY at midnight, it was an enjoyable tour nonetheless. I wish the schedule had been followed so we could have had a little more time at the Falls.
It was such a happy and enjoyable experience! Although the high exchange rate made things a bit expensive, I still loved it so much. I highly recommend this trip if you're coming to the US... just be aware that your hair will get completely soaked, so keep that in mind when you take the boat! There was a restroom on the bus, but since we were in the very back, the smell was quite strong and gave me a headache. Despite that, I'd still love to come again! Once you choose your seat, you can't change it, so pick wisely...!!
This was a ‘blow your mind’ kind of experience. The Niagara Falls is so majestic and picturesque. I especially liked the boat tour. I’m glad I decided to book this tour. The tour was well organised, instructions given by our guide from Amigos Tour, Alicia was clear. The tour itself was about 3hours, with a 8hrs coach journey each way. There’s a rest stop in between each leg of the coach ride. Overall, I really enjoyed myself.
