We had a wonderful experience. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is also a plus, very convenient for transportation and shopping.

The hotel's location is excellent, within acceptable walking distance from Zurich Station. It's quiet yet centrally located, and the rooms are very spacious, making it ideal for families.

We had a very comfortable stay. The room was clean, cozy, and well-suited for a restful night before flying. We especially enjoyed the excellent breakfast buffet with a wide selection, which was perfect before our early start. The staff were friendly and efficient, and check-in/out was smooth. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.

Sehr gute Lage, nahe am Zürcher Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Ich habe es vielleicht übersehen, aber es gibt ein paar Stufen zur Rezeption und zum Aufzug – ein wichtiges Detail, wenn man schweres Gepäck hat. Ansonsten war alles super.

the hotel is just beside the train station which is a good location. booked this hotel without checking that there is no A/C which on a summer getaway is not good since it is really sooooo hot that i was not able to have a good sleep for 4 days. good thing we requested fans and were issued. there were no tables kettle and side chairs inside the room where we can puy some of our things or even sit at times. also no refrigerator to store our food since there is no restaurant. anyways we got by during our stay for 8 days. staff were responding on WhatsApp if you message them.

Overall, it's very convenient. Although it's a bit far from the station, it's not inconvenient to drag luggage. Be careful when storing luggage, as there are few and small spaces, and anything over 26 inches won't fit. Early check-in for luggage storage costs 50 Swiss Francs. Overall 4 stars for its convenient location and affordable rate for Zurich. Made my transit through the city very easy. Many things I could pick on like the nightlight not working and lack of manual lock on the front door (which made me feel a little uneasy but the door lock does work) but for one night, it is worth 4 stars. I was most impressed my the toilet. Fitted for one, a little tight but clean. Note that you will have to check in inside the convenient store, at the cashier and that there is no lift access, so you will have to lug you bags up flights of stairs. Wifi works closer to the hallway but did not work at all closer to the bed, something else to note.
