100% recommend this tour! Alex, our tour guide, was an excellent communicator. His English was superb. Alex made sure we got great photos of Mount Fuji and was very accommodating. Lunch was delicious too!

The driver was patient and courteous. If you are expecting a guide standard, then this tour will not suit you. The driver will briefly give directions and some information on what to expect. We would rather have the driver focus on the road. We are happy to travel in a van as a family rather than squeezing into a coach with many tour members. Be aware that the driver will take you to a Japanese restaurant for lunch, and you won't be able to choose the venue as it's assigned by the company. You have the freedom to choose what you want to eat or share food if the portion is too much, as you will be paying for it. We are happy to travel as a family and bond with each other, and we timed each place of interest ourselves (the timing might be rushed for some people). We were content with eating lavender ice cream, feeding the swans, and taking photos of Mount Fuji. The places of interest were less crowded, except for Oishi Park. It's suitable for bringing elderly people along, as it's a slow pace and involves less walking.

Guide Seiko was professional and friendly. She kept us to the time limit but also offered recommendations and took nice pictures of us. Thank you very much! The itinerary was rushed due to a massive traffic jam caused by the extended long weekend/holiday.

Owakudani is highly recommended and worth a visit! I never expected to see a place like this in Japan. The weather was great, and I took many photos. It was a worthwhile trip. Our guide was very enthusiastic and shared many interesting tidbits. We bought the black eggs he recommended, and they were delicious!

We had originally planned to travel to Kawaguchiko on our own and spend the day in one place. I'm glad we took the chance and had the tour though as it cost about the same as a solo trip. We were expecting a huge tour bus but it was only a Toyota Hiace van which made the trip more pleasant and relaxing. Our driver Wan was very good navigating traffic and getting us around. While the itinerary didn't state it there was a lunch break at a traditional Japanese restaurant. It was very expensive and not included in the price but part of the experience. We only felt a little rushed at the end of the day when it was getting close to the time to head back to Tokyo but otherwise it was a good day.

It was a great day trip and everything was perfect. Our guide Kazi explained us all important things regarding to this trip. He is very kind, polte and friendly. He helped us with everything we asked for. And with a big smile. All 4 places were excellent. We enjoyed old japanese houses the most. Highly recommend this trip.
