We had an absolutely amazing time on our Great Ocean Road tour with Allan! He is a fantastic tour guide who really knows how to craft the perfect itinerary. Thanks to his smart schedule planning, we managed to beat the big tourist crowds at all the major spots, which made our experience so much more enjoyable and relaxing. Throughout the day, Allan was incredibly friendly, welcoming. He provided detailed and interesting explanations for every attraction, giving us a much deeper appreciation of the history. On top of his great guiding skills, he is an excellent driver. He drives very safely and efficiently, getting us to each destination smoothly without any wasted time. This was a tremendous experience! Our guide Ben is super nice and knowledgeable. He provided us with interesting information about Melbourne and the animals (especially the Little Penguins). He also managed the time very well so that we could have sufficient time to enjoy the views and watch animals, and also to have dinner, etc. I will highly recommend this tour and thank you, Ben, for providing a wonderful experience!

I love Melbourne!!! Our guide, Lockey/Lachie/Lockheed (whatever the spelling of his name is lol) was great! He was both the driver and the tour guide, so bubbly and attentive, and made jokes throughout the tour. I just loved this tour so much, and I made two solo traveler friends on this trip. Highly recommended, I’m still in awe of this place, very lucky to see it. Earth is so amazing. I’d love to bring my family here when I get the chance. Thanks Klook and thanks Explore Australia!

The bus was on time and efficient way to get to and back Mt Buller from Melb. You can pre-book your rental at Alzburg site and pre-purchase the ski lift passes on the Mt Buller site.

The driver and tour leader are nice and friendly, they explain everything about Melbourne city, and the drivers are on time for picking us up.

Overall great wine tasting experience. We visited 2 wineries, 1 brewery and 1 restaurant at winery for lunch. Very picturesque locations with some sightseeing spots at the end of tour. Ken, our tour guide is also very friendly and knowledgeable

I really enjoyed the 2-hour cruise (from 11am to ~1pm). It was a great experience enjoying the views around the Yarra River. I think it was really hot (joined this during the Summer), Spring and Autumn should be better for a South East Asian like me…
