Passeios por Ayutthaya Historical Park

I was guided by an experienced Thai-Chinese Japanese speaker. It was great to learn about the historical background, and since I was traveling alone, I was glad they took photos for me, as my own pictures tend to be mostly landscapes. Although it's the rainy season, it only drizzled occasionally, and there was no direct sunlight, making it comfortable. They also lent me an umbrella. On Sunday, the roads were clear, so we returned early. Lunch was a bit pricey, with tourist prices, but I didn't mind and ended up having two beers with stir-fried morning glory in oyster sauce. Overall, it was a comfortable and good tour.

Our private day trip to Ayutthaya was the absolute highlight of our time in Thailand, and it was entirely thanks to our incredible driver/guide, Nut. He is a rare gem who perfectly balances being both an expert driver and a brilliant guide. Once we arrived at the ruins, His passion for Ayutthaya's history truly shined.He brought the ancient kingdom to life with fascinating stories, cultural insights, and a deep respect for the temples.What made the day truly exceptional were the thoughtful touches. He expertly timed our itinerary to beat the massive tour crowds, ensuring we had peaceful moments at iconic spots like Wat Mahathat and Wat Phra Sri Sanphet. As a wonderful bonus, Nut is an amazing photographer! The holiday tour group had exactly 12 people. The tour guide, Xiao Yang, gave clear explanations of the attractions and was very enthusiastic. The biggest advantage of this itinerary is that they will definitely find a way to pick you up at the hotel, saving you the trip to a designated meeting point beforehand. On the return trip, you can also be dropped off at a designated location in the city center, which is very convenient.

Our tour guide was Jack, we learned a lot about the history of Thailand with him during the tour. He also recommended delicious Thai food during our lunch. I recommend booking this tour when you go to Thailand.

I was extremely pleased with this tour from start to finish. The itinerary and the sites were phenomenal and truly a must see for anyone coming to Thailand. Our guide Aoy is the one who really made it even better with amazing knowledge of every place we went to and the history and explanation for everything. I learned so much from Aoy I felt I received so much value out of it. Even beyond the sites, Aoy gave such good information and advice to everyone about all aspects of Thailand relevant for a tourist from food, customs, getting around, etc. The bus driver was also extremely friendly and professional. I highly recommend this activity.

I booked this tour twice. First in 2023 with my husband, then in Aug 2026 with my mom. And like the first time, everything was well organized, and we had a great experience. Our driver and tour guide, Warin, was wonderful throughout the entire trip. He was very kind and informative. He shared interesting information about the places we visited and took very good care of us from start to finish. We appreciated his thoughtful touches, like providing free ice-cold water and lending us a hand fan because of the heat. Warin is also a great photographer! He took so many nice photos of us. Driver, tour guide, and photographer all in one! The itinerary was packed, but everything went smoothly. It was a great experience exploring attractions outside Bangkok.
