we went on a weekend and thought there would be a queue, as we read about good reviews and having to queue for seats. When we arrived during peak hours on a weekend, there was no queue and the place was not packed to full house

I come here about once every 3 months (I love the steak, sashimi, and German beer 😁). When the weather is colder, I add on the hot spring experience. A whole day of leisurely activities is very stress-relieving. Buying tickets online is convenient, the dining environment is comfortable, and the outdoor scenery is relaxing. Highly recommend! 👍🙌

The meal selection is extensive, and you have two hours to dine. There's a discount if you purchase through the platform, but I feel there might be some management issues with the restaurant. First, after I finished my initial plate and went to get more food, my seat was taken, and I wasn't sure what happened. Then, the next time I went to get food, I found a staff member clearing my table, as if they thought I had finished my meal, which left me quite confused.

This is a wonderful place to visit. In addition to the delicious food, you can also appreciate the cozy venue decorations arranged by the owners! We recommend adding the restaurant's official Line account in advance. Making a reservation beforehand can help you avoid waiting and allows the restaurant to better prepare and serve your delicious meal, ensuring you can savor every bite!

My first visit was great! The seafood was very fresh, the soup was delicious, and the freshly grilled beef was tasty with a good sauce. The mango chocolate cake was delicious and paired well, and the handmade tofu pudding was smooth and delicate. The Mövenpick ice cream was excellent. I left feeling full and happy. Dining here also includes 4 hours of complimentary hotel parking.

The product offers great value for money. Please note: You must log in again to confirm your afternoon tea reservation at the Splendor Hotel. Then, upon arrival at the Splendor Restaurant on the 12th floor that afternoon, you will need to check in at the counter so that your dining table can be arranged.

I bought a voucher on Klook without any prior information and went there, only to find out it's a really famous restaurant with a great atmosphere. We could choose from three dishes, and the chicken and rice set was delicious. For drinks, we could choose between tea and other beverages. I had bubble tea, and as expected from a place famous for its tea, the quality was excellent.

For soup bases: There is no extra charge for selecting Kombu (kelp) broth or Tonkotsu (pork bone) broth. Other flavors will incur an additional fee. Additionally, you can upgrade to a "Yuan-yang" (half-and-half) pot free of charge. For side dishes: Each person receives one complimentary side dish, based on the number of people in the set meal. There is no extra charge for choosing Koshihikari rice, instant noodles, or vermicelli as your main staple. An additional fee will apply if you select other items.
