Tour guide Alice was very professional and responsible. Her detailed explanations made the attractions seem great, and also helped us understand Busan's culture and customs better. Alice the tour guide was incredibly patient, diligently introducing attractions in both Chinese and English as we passed them in the car! So, not knowing Korean was not an issue. Furthermore, Alice knew I suffered from motion sickness and helped arrange a seat closer to the front, which was incredibly thoughtful! Best of all, Alice responded to messages very quickly, which truly gave me a sense of security! Many thanks to Alice for her hard work!
