Hotéis perto de Namba Station

Upon returning from Okinawa, we once again stayed at Sutetsu Fresa Inn Osaka Namba. We were allowed to store our luggage there. If we visit Osaka again, we will always stay at this hotel because the staff are friendly and the location is very strategic. Transportation access is easy, and it's close to Dotonbori. There are many shopping centers and dining options nearby.

This was my first trip to Japan, just my son and me. Japan was unfamiliar to me, and it was my first time handling everything from selecting the destination to planning the trip. I only know Chinese characters, not Japanese, so I was a bit scared at first. However, after arriving, the process of taking the Rapi:t train and finding Hiyori Hotel from Namba Station was smoother than I expected. While it might be normal for others, accomplishing each step felt simply amazing to me, haha. Moreover, as soon as we arrived, a kind Korean student staff member at the front desk greeted us, making unfamiliar Japan feel familiar in no time. My mood was at its peak! But suddenly, I started to develop a fever. My body was getting weaker, but my son was completely focused on finding character figures rather than my well-being… 😂 Still, I understood, as the main purpose of this trip was for my son, who had been singing about wanting to buy figures in Japan, haha. After finishing shopping and returning to the hotel around 7 PM, my fever had already exceeded 38 degrees Celsius. I immediately asked the Korean staff member at the front desk for help, and they promptly found a nearby hospital that could treat foreigners. It was less than a 10-minute walk from the hotel, so even I, who am bad with directions, could easily find it. At the hospital, there were nurses who could speak foreign languages, and since I can speak Chinese, I was able to communicate directly, receive treatment, examinations, and even a prescription for medicine. I returned to the hotel a little after 9 PM. And while I was at the hospital, the Korean staff member had looked after my son, who was waiting at the hotel. They gave him snacks, and it seems my son spent his time in the lounge making takoyaki and catching Pokémon. 🥹 Suddenly falling ill in an unfamiliar country was truly overwhelming, but thanks to the staff's help, I was able to receive treatment safely. I am grateful to the Korean staff member and other staff members who greeted us brightly and responded kindly from the day we arrived until the day we left. Thanks to them, despite the unexpected incident, I concluded my first trip to Japan with my son with good memories. Thank you very much! 🙏

service: friendly front desk personnel 👍🏼 love the luggage transfer service provided by Mimaru (2300 yen) and we also stored our luggages (500 yen per piece per day) with the hotel for 2 nightz after checked out for USJ and went back after for another 2 nights with Mimaru hotel location: great location, you can have everthing in Namba! food, shopping and walking distance to Dotonbori. transport access: took rapit train from kansai airport to Namba station and walked to the hotel, was a bit confused on the route the first time but you get to know the place better after. cleanliness: clean as expected

super spacious clean amazing staff. The price the space the spacious all worth it.

Very close to a well connected station and close to tourist spots and food options, but the hotel and rooms are quiet. Our room was very clean, and had enough space for two people in the twin room. Air conditioning worked well, check in and check out went smoothly. coin laundry facilities were easy to use and did not have a wait.

I love this place, it's super quiet but has luxurious quality. The room is spacious enough for a solo traveler like myself. The staff are also friendly. The subway station is right outside the hotel. 7-Eleven, Starbucks, and various restaurants are all around the area. It also has direct access to a drugstore, perfect for your groceries. I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends! Thank you, everyone! 🙏

The location is excellent, close to Namba, Dotonbori, and Kuromon Market. It's within walking distance of many tourist attractions, and Nankai Namba Station offers convenient access to the airport. There are numerous restaurants and convenience stores nearby, as well as several train stations.

very convenient with supermarket and family mart. subway exit 12

The room, though small, has everything you need. It's clean and quiet, which is great. The hotel staff are very friendly. For breakfast, there are two menus that rotate daily, offering both Western and Japanese options. Overall, it's an affordable price with decent amenities. The best part is having a washing and drying machine, which saves me the trouble of finding a laundromat in the area.
