Hotéis perto de Kuchu Teien Observatory

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent—very convenient and close to the subway, convenience stores, and popular attractions. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and everything we needed was available. Great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again!

This was my second stay at this hotel with my kids, and it continues to deliver great value for money. The beds were exceptionally comfy and spacious enough for all of us to get a restful night's sleep. While the room and bathroom were on the compact side, typical for hotel standards in Japan, they were clean and equipped. Once again, the public onsen was a standout feature and a highlight of our trip. We will definitely revisit and highly recommend this hotel to families traveling in the area!

I highly recommend this hotel. I had a very peaceful and pleasant stay. The hotel is located close to public transportation, restaurants and bars, which is very convenient and at the same time the street where it's located is tranquil... The room and bathroom are small but with enough room for comfort. Exactly what I needed.

Value for money, less than 3mins to the nearest metro line station, instructions clear, clean room and friendly staffs

The accommodation is well-proportioned, though the bathroom might be a bit small. It's conveniently located near the subway and JR stations, making travel easy. There are also several convenience stores nearby. The breakfast tasted decent. I especially loved having a foot massager available for use.

Good stay. But as usual, room is small, can only open cabin size suitcase on floor, anything larger than that have to put it on bed to open. But you can put your free pyjamas on the bed as a mat before you put your luggage in case your luggage is dirty. Deep bath tub good for soaking after a long day.

The location is excellent, just a 2-minute walk from the elevator at Exit 2 of Higashi-Umeda Station. After shopping, you can bring your purchases back to the room, rest a bit, and then head out again 😂. The hotel has a public bath and hot stone beds, which are perfect for relieving fatigue after a day of sightseeing. The staff are very polite and speak good English. The rooms are clean, and there are two washing machines and two dryers on both the 5th and 7th floors. Highly recommended!

I stayed in a twin-bedded room, and the price was very affordable, with a decent room size. It's close to Dotonbori, and having a FamilyMart and Aeon Mall right next door was very convenient. However, there was occasional noise from the hallway outside the room, and although there was a window, it was covered with a gray blind, so there was no view at all. Cleaning was scheduled for the fourth night, so we, who stayed for three nights, did not receive cleaning service. Nevertheless, we used the room without much inconvenience. It had a bathtub, and the hot water worked well. It was a non-smoking room, and there was no odor, which was great. Disposable toothbrushes, combs, cotton swabs, and razors were provided on the first floor for guests to take as needed, which was convenient. Water was not provided, so we bought some nearby. There was only one pillow, which caused back and neck pain, so I requested an additional pillow, and the counter staff kindly assisted, which I appreciated. On some floors, there was an ice machine next to the elevator for guests to use. It's also close to the meeting point for bus tours. Breakfast was 20,000 yen per person, but I didn't sign up for it, so I didn't get to try it. If I have the chance, I would like to visit again.

Convenient Transportation: Close to Osaka Metro Dobutsuen-mae Station, with a Don Quijote nearby, and very close to Tennoji Zoo. Hotel Location: Some rooms may have a view of the zoo. Cleanliness: The rooms are not brand new, but generally clean and well-maintained. The hairdryer is a bit weak. Service: Luggage storage is self-service, and there are coin-operated washing machines and dryers, which is very convenient. You can pick up toiletries in the lobby. Breakfast: Meets basic needs.
