Riding this Open Top Bus and doing the sightseeing in Hongkong never gets old especially when it hits 8 in the evening when every establishment seems to light up their building. We waited for Klook staff near the Kowloon hotel and confirmed our name which was already written in their paper. The people facilitating this ride were very professional, direct and kind. HK people are familiar with tourists and accomodates us well. You have an option to go down in the bus if the top option does not suit you. For our family, we were too excited seeing everything above us (you just have to hold your seat) even if the driver drives too fast and we dont even have seatbelts, others tried to go down, especially those who are old and has the fear of going off the bus.

If you don’t want to line up for tickets going to The Peak, this is definitely the best option for you. The staff assisted me right away where to enter and scan my QR code to enter and wait for the Tram going up and the same goes when you leave. I had a great time exploring The Peak and would definitely go back with my family or friends there!

It was a great experience. The service was excellent and the care was impressive. I went on a cruise on a day with a T8/T3/T1 storm warning. At first, I thought I wouldn't be able to go, but Klook confirmed it, so I decided to try the service. It turned out to be a very good decision, as it was a truly wonderful experience.

The environment is incredibly comfortable, with a distinctive fragrance lingering in the air that makes people feel relaxed. The therapist is gentle and courteous, with superb massage skills, and can adjust the focus and pressure of the massage according to my needs. The fruits and tea are of high quality, making this a perfect getaway to unwind and rest properly.

The staff were friendly, polite, and proactive in their service, which made for a great experience. The entire event, cruising through Victoria Harbour, offered a completely different perspective compared to viewing the scenery from land. The only minor drawbacks were the limited selection of cold dishes and cocktails. It would have been better if some fruit had been included.

Highly recommend Annie! This was the perfect way to celebrate our 29th anniversary. Our guide, Annie, was courteous, professional, and full of great insights. Her fun banter with the group made the trip incredibly enjoyable for my wife and me. Huge thanks to Annie and the coach driver for the excellent service!

After our group of five arrived at the meeting point, the coach warmly greeted us and introduced himself, explaining that he was not only our coach for the day's activity but also our accompanying photographer. He immediately helped us take a group photo. Afterwards, the coach meticulously checked the water bikes. Once everything was ready, he let us take some photos and then warm up in the nearby waters to get familiar with the bikes. Soon, we set off with the coach for a tour of Victoria Harbour. Throughout the journey, the coach carefully looked after everyone's progress, constantly taking photos and videos for us. Although one water bike had a flat tire and had to return, and we switched to a kayak, it didn't dampen our spirits, and we returned thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The weather wasn't ideal during this activity; it was mostly cloudy, and the sun only came out after we had disembarked and washed up. However, the coach still specially came over to help us capture the moment the 'salted egg yolk' (sunset) appeared. We are all very grateful for Coach Tommy's enthusiasm and guidance, and we hope to meet again next time.
