They gave us a very big room. Didn't expect the room to be so big and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

I booked a week's stay at The Quarters Ladprao by UHG for a couple of friends, and they absolutely loved it! The room offers plenty of space to unpack and unwind. The staff is warm and friendly, assisting us with a smile. The breakfast selection exceeded expectations. Location-wise, it's very accessible — easy to navigate the city and hop onto the BTS. It was their first time staying there, and they were really happy and enjoyed their stay. My friends highly recommend it!

Ito ang ikatlong beses ko nang manatili dito tuwing nasa Bangkok. Ang serbisyo ay laging mainit. Ang mga staff ay laging matulungin at palakaibigan. Ang mga kuwarto ay laging malinis at gustung-gusto ko ang amoy ng tanglad. Maganda ang lokasyon. Ang mga shopping mall at kainan ay limang minutong lakad lang. Madaling puntahan ang pampublikong transportasyon tulad ng BTS. Masarap ang almusal na may masaganang seasonal na prutas. Tiyak na mananatili akong muli dito.

Booked for friends. This has always been our go to in Bangkok. Warm service and great staff. The rooms are spacious. I love the amenities. Breakfast is nice as well - not lavish but its breakfast. Location is near malls for shopping and accessible to tranportation like BTS. Its our third time to book here. Its always a great stay.

The security guard was lovely. Overall, the hotel was good, but the reception staff spoke poorly and lacked service mind. Very bad. Urgent improvement needed. Stayed on June 13th.

They have an accommodating staff. Very polite and they respond immediately to your inquiries. Hotel location: Not that near but it's quiet and near the convenience store. Cleanliness: 100% clean. Transport access: Easy to navigate. Service: 100%.

While it is a bit far from Bangkok’s famous markets and shopping areas, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the nearby station, making it easy to get around the city. Though we opt to use grab or Bolt for service 😊. We especially appreciated the special birthday arrangement prepared for our celebration. The thoughtful decorations made the occasion even more memorable. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend Craftsman Bangkok to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay with excellent service.
